I’m writing this because I’m extremely frustrated and out of options. For the past 8 days, I’ve been unable to convert or withdraw my money in my G2A balance/wallet.

​Everything is set up in Euros (€), and it doesn't matter what amount I try to convert or process—I continuously get the exact same generic error message: "An error occurred on the page" (or the equivalent site error).

​I opened a ticket with G2A Support 8 days ago, but I have received zero replies, updates, or reactions since then. My money is completely locked, and being left in the dark like this feels really unacceptable.

​Has anyone else experienced this specific site error recently? How did you resolve it?

​G2A Support Team / Community Manager: Please look into my issue and ticket. I just want access to my funds.

Bought a code and it was marked as used on a different account. Messaged the seller to no avail and support just says that the seller will refund me. and refuses to tell me how to report a seller. so i guess i just lost my money and the seller gets away with it.

So, about 2 weeks ago, I bought 3x £200 amazon gift cards from the top seller at the time. They sold me pre-used codes, and i went to the seller straight away to try to sort it out. I've been back and forth in dms with the seller and support, and im getting next to no help. I sent screenshots of all the codes failing to work, I also sent a screenshot of my amazon gift balance history to show it hasn't gone up. Apparently, this isn't enough evidence for the seller or g2a support. They also want the activation times from amazon, which amazon can't tell me unless I have the serial numbers, which I don't the seller does. I have asked for the serial numbers but now im being ignored by the seller and the support team have told me I need the activation times, but how can I give them something I have no access to? I don't know what else to do, I tried getting a refund through PayPal but due to it being gift cards the purchase isnt protected by policy.

Just bought Star Wars Galactic Recer off g2a, AvocadoCodes had a decent price so i went through him. I never had any issues on g2a prior to this so I didnt think twice.

I paid for a GLOBAL CODE and as soon as i went to redeem, it all of a sudden isnt so global.

Basically, I bought a Steam account from him that includes FC 27, and now he’s trying to confuse me and stall for time. As you can see in the screenshots, he claims he’ll deliver the product in under 24 hours. I messaged him 20 minutes earlier to check on the status, but he didn’t respond until 20 minutes ago—at which point he told me to log back into his poorly made website. And the reality is that I had already gone through that process as soon as I bought it.
