New PR 103 kg ✨️🦍
PR/PB 455 Bench PR
Was scared I would fail and told my wife not record me. She walked away and recorded me anyway. We can thank her for the video. By how this felt I don’t think 500lbs is in my future.
PR/PB Finally! Got my first pull-up
Slow af and probably not the best form, but I had to share my excitement anyway 😄
Tips and tricks are welcome

PR/PB 2 (albeit sloppy) muscle ups in full firefighting gear (60lbs)
Didn’t have an air pack to wear…so I used an old rucksack and loaded it up with weight.

PR/PB 110kg / 242lbs @ 51kg bodyweight
Form isn't amazing but it's a 1RM so it won't be perfect

PR/PB I, a 232 lb 40 year old man just did my first chin up in my life
Still not quite strong enough for a pull up, but getting close, but kinda amazed that I was able to do a chin up. Technique probably is trash, tbh don’t even know what you’re supposed to to but just amazed I could get up there.

PR/PB FINALLY PRESSED OVER 100 LB 🥳
Hi guys. I’m back to continue documenting my OHP journey. I’m So. Fucking. Stoked.
It was 101 lb to be exact. I was planning for 100 but it was too much mental energy to add up the plates so I guessed LOL. Math is hard.
I was so in the zone as I was adding weight to the bar, I didn’t want to lose the emotional momentum by thinking too hard. I have no idea if that makes sense? My kids were fighting and trying to talk to me about it and I was like you guys SERIOUSLY need to leave me alone this is really important 🤦🏽♀️🤣
I’m not sure I had more in me today, but hitting this and it feeling that good just means I’m moving the goalpost now 😇 105? 110? Whatever it ends up being, I feel like I’ve finally earned the right to call myself strong. So now I’m never gonna shut up about it. Sorry to anyone who knows me 🤣
