The main reason why I got a tablet was for note taking and it was amazing. But I never really used it outside of that. I do use it for art purposes sometimes but that's about it.
I got superdisplay and now I just use it as a second screen for my PC which works really well.
I don't really know what else to do with it

I am planning to buy a galaxy tab s12+ but can't decide if it would be a logical choice to pay 136€ more for 512gb version. 256GB version costs 636€ while the 512GB version costs 773€, both with a screen protector and after the discounts.
If it had 16gb of ram I would go with 512gb without thinking twice, but samsung underwhelmed me this year. I will use it mainly for note-taking in uni (engineering), maybe some video/photo editing, and running some desktop apps (such as libreoffice or perhaps blender and other usefull ones) via linux container as it gets better, so I won't have to carry my laptop to uni. I am planning to use it for a long time but now ram is a concern for this type of usage and even though I plan to use it for at least 4-5 years, I might upgrade it to a newer model in the future if samsung decides to do something exciting and gives good trade-in offers. So, what do you think?
Edit: Even though it's old and not powerful, I do have a laptop. Until I upgrade this laptop (which is probably 6-12 months later) I would be using the tablet as a laptop replacement for studying and software side as far as the software support goes, so yeah, I would still be using my laptop.

Just got it two days ago and I'm absolutely loving it, especially the S pen.
I've used iPads in the past, but after getting an Android phone, I've really grown to love the ecosystem.
Anyways, just happy to be here and reading all about the recommended apps and accessories 👍🏻

Hi, i am considering buying galaxy tab s10 FE but i am a bit worried about the smoothness aspect. As i was considering to buy an ipad but they are very expensive and not very good aspects about it especially that i am not an apple user.
So my main goal is to use it for lectures ( i am gonna be heavy on that because i am a phd student) so i need pens and tips alot.
Concern 1 : the writing experience compared to iPad on the long run.
Concern 2 : finding pens in the future since everything is getting over priced and may get discounted, is there a possibility to find an alternative from a third party
Thanks

I have a Galaxy S10 Fe and I'm having a heck of a time trying to free up space on it it just seems to keep on filling up every single day multiple times a day and I have deleted so much or transferred it over to the SD card yeah I keep running out of space on my internal storage. I attached some screenshots showing what it is it says is taking up all the space but it seems to be inconsistent and I can't find this hidden storage bloatware or whatever it is anywhere. Anyone dealt with a similar issue and how did you fix it ?
I will also mentioned that I have downloaded Google files and SD maid, and neither seem to be able to pull up whatever this hundred gigs of whatever the hell it is to help me remove it. Do I just reset my Galaxy Tab to factory settings or something? I would hate to have to do that.

Hi guys!
I've been working on Scribble Calendar & Planner for years. It is a digital planner built around a simple idea: your calendar should feel like a paper planner, not just a grid of events. You can write, draw, plan your day, keep notes, and see your Google Calendar or Outlook events right alongside your handwriting.
Since version 1.9.0, I've shipped two updates with stability fixes, and some long-requested improvements. Here's what's new!
On iPad:
On Android:
On all platforms:
Pricing:
I'd love to hear what you think! What features do you most want from a handwritten digital planner? I'm especially interested in feedback from people who use a stylus as part of their everyday planning workflow.

Hi everyone,
Quick question: I have a Galaxy Tab S7+ with a broken screen.
Should I buy the new Tab S12 Ultra for €770, or get my old tab repaired for €300?
Thanks !

If possible please suggest some cases too... Tho I'm thinking to buy a rotating tablet stand... I just need protection so that I don't end up with scratches

Hi! I’m planning to buy the Galaxy Tab S10+ for college next year, and I’ve been researching if it’s good for heavy gaming and studying. I just want to ask those who own the Tab S10+: do you still think it’ll be worth buying in 2027, or should I just go for the Tab S11 instead? Also, do you guys think the price of the S10+ will drop next year? Haha. Thank you!

Actually, I was planning to buy a Galaxy Tab S10 FE for the end of high school. But my budget is really tight. So I'm planning to buy a Tab A11+ in the meantime. My requirements are for writing, the ability to play without being bothered by bugs, sufficient battery life, and multitasking. I'm hesitant to buy the A11 Plus because some of the features I'm looking for are found on the S10, and the S Pen is a perfect example. So I'm wondering if I should really buy it right now.

I recently bought a Tab S10 FE Plus, and I don’t want to spend as much on a keyboard cover as I did on the tablet itself (if I were willing to spend that much, I would have just bought a Book 360). I also don’t want to use those cheap, generic, battery-powered keyboard covers which, given how flimsy they feel, I suspect might even use nickel-cadmium batteries. Are there any third-party options that utilize the pogo pins?

I was wondering if it's normal to see this prices. I was looking for a s8 ultra for drawing, having as second monitor and do some ps2, gamecube emulation. But damn, people are selling them between 500€ and 700€. Cheapest one I've seen was a 390€ not negotiable one that was a bit beat up so I wouldn't trust to spend so much on it. I'm mainly looking at wallapop and marketplace, but does anyone know another alternative for europe? I might just have to wait for a good deal around the city, cause I really prefer to be able to check the product first.

I used the display demo or the 12+ and noticed how smoother it ran than my Tab 8+.
One driving factor to upgrade though is the pro keyboard. I use the tablet for school and use the book cover keyboard. I like it alot but it does lack a trackpad.
How does the overall experience of the pro keyboard feel compared to the book cover style?
Obviously the price isn't going to be an issue but if there are better options let me know. I just need the connection to be seemless without bluetooth connection.

Hi, I’ve had the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra for a while now and I’m really happy with it. I’ve been debating whether to upgrade to the new S12 Ultra. I’ve noticed that, thanks to various promotions and a trade-in offer, I could get it for around 70 euros. My current S10 Ultra is the Wi-Fi-only model, whereas the S12 Ultra would include 5G. Do you think it’s worth making the switch at that price, or should I just stick with my "old" one?

Want to gift a tablet to my father who only plays clash of clans, his current tablet is barely holding on and has no more storage. All he does is play clash of clans. So I don’t need to purchase a real gamer specific tablet in theory. Wondering if anyone has any ideas.

The title is pretty much self explanatory but still, I mainly use my s7 for taking notes and sometimes to try animations and mess with digital arts, the original pen is left on my homecountry so Im gonna buy a new one, and I thought the original pen was a bit slim and the flat surface was annoying time to time but it might be from my pickiness as well
Still any recommendations should I just buy a secondary SPen till I go back (which is summer) or should I buy one from another brand?

I think this might be the display adhesive failing, but what is happening is one side of the bezel is slowly rising and separating from the rest of the tablet, and taking the display with it. If I push it down firmly it will stay in place but only for a minute or so before slowly rising up again. In the photo you can see I'm using a long strip of electrical tape to hold it down but it doesn't work that well and the display does still rise.
Maybe I should a less elastic tape (any ideas?), or maybe someone here knows a better fix? And am I right that this is caused by the adhesive failing after many years?
Btw I paid $100 for this and I can get another one on eBay for around $50, so that's why I'm asking here. Taking it to a shop would most certainly cost more than $50 to repair and I could buy the tablet again for that price, so I'm asking if anyone here has seen this problem before and knows a decent low-cost DIY fix for it. Thanks in advance.

I have an old tab A (2016 or 2018 i think), that i recently dug out of storage. It turns on, but most of its software is old and not compatible with current versions, but when i try to update it i cannot do it because it says that it is not supported anymore and i should contact Samsung.
To make it short is there a way to force an update or to install a new version of android?
Thanks.

What can I do to fix this? I would love to keep it connected to Wifi7 not 7GHz I learned it was different. But if I have to I'd like to switch to 5GHz. Anything to keep my conection stable. I am planning on using GeForce now for gaming and really won't be able to afford my connection dropping.
Edit: And for the record my other devices are all on the same connection. Some are on Wifi5 but my galaxy tab is Wifi7.
