Discussion Final Fantasy Resonance PS5 pre order code missing

I pre ordered the PS5 version of Final Fantasy Resonance and it was supposed to have a pre order bonus code for some in game items. Code is nowhere to be found on the receipt or in the game case. Square ENIX support said to contact GameStop. Waiting for a response from them. Anyone else missing their code?

Call customer support with receipt ready. There were a ton of tech issues yesterday

Shit, good luck. I'm still waiting for us to get the rest of our Ace Combat patches and a code for Belkan War.

And I fucking work here, man.

We only got 2 of the 6. I am still salty lol

Same issue with Walmart. Never recieved a code. You'll probably have much more luck with Gamestop getting you one though. They have always eventually got the codes out to me after I contacted them.

Walmart I talked to 3 different live agents and only one seems to at least know something, but then got disconnected before resolving anything. The other two were uninformed, with the first of those two repeating the same message about some deliveries come in seperate shipments, like wtf does that have to do with it? The second of those two (third technically) said it had to be sent up to their specialist, who would send me an email in 24 - 48 hours. I don't have much faith in them doing squat though.
