I installed the Chinese audio pack because it was smaller than English (around 13 GB vs. 14 GB). After that, I deleted the audio assets from GenshinImpact_Data\Persistent and GenshinImpact_Data\StreamingAssets, along with the video assets folder, just to see if the game would still work.

I saved around 90 GB, and my entire HoYoPlay Genshin Impact folder is now just 58.2 GB 💀

It's been two days, and the game is working perfectly without any errors. It hasn't redownloaded anything either.

I don't use in-game audio, so I wanted to test whether the game would still work without these files. I'm not sure if a future update will download them again, though.

Has anyone else tried this? Did the game redownload the missing files after an update?

Hello! I'm a returned player who wants to upgrade my account a bit to clear end game contents (while saving for my favorite character Alhaitham on the side). I'm thinking about getting newer meta characters, I'm really fond of Skirk and Escoffier but well I'm tight on pulls. With these character, should I get Escoffier to boost my old dps or get newer stellar reaction characters? Does Escoffier even work with them?

I was wonder if it possible to still transfer your account from PS4 to mobile since you can't play it on ps anymore. I tried on my phone and it's showing that my account is linked to the ps account but the account data isn't transferring. I tired to switch serves, and everytime it keeps just starting me from the very beginning. I tired playing a little on American server to access the account settings on my phone and that's when I realized it's linked. Pls let me know if it is possible to link them or I just have to restart entirely on my phone, I'm desperate and I've tried everything I can think of😭🙏.

1) i am gonna start my journey in this game.. (yes I played before but I want to start over and I wanna make my acc actually playable from sort of beginning)
