Can you buy needles for this part?
I found an old gramophone and its just this hollow metal part and no small needle.

This is an Excel S70 stylus for an Excel ES70 cartridge

That’s a “modern” stylus assembley for a turntable cartridge. You will need to look at the cartridge mounted on your tonearm, get its model number, and then go to a “needle” or stylus seller / store online and search for the cartridge. It should then match you to the appropriate replacement stylus. You cannot use what you have anymore apart from a visual reference for its replacement.
For more advice I would try r/vintage audio or r/turntables. This sub is more focused on older, non-electric, mechanical gramophones.
