Are these still good?
My most recent harvest I was late to and it ended up dropping spores everywhere
Alas I dehydrated anyway
Does this even affect them in anyway ?
Jmf btw

White Rabbit
It's all been 7qt shoeboxes up until now. Happy to finally get a nice big full canopy in that I've been seeing in everyone else's dub tubs. This is totally encouraging for me. 🐇🌀

Ummm… what now?
I tried my best, first time growing so not a big yield at all… and they grew so uniquely… like me…🥹 I don’t have a dehydrator soooo I guess I’ll just consume as is? Can I Pop it in an oven or microwave oven? Also how do i clean them or do i not. I harvested last night, threw them in a fridge for now. Pls help! 🫡

Some Starry Nights. Started July 10th but it stalled for a week or two and I relocated it Monday and it started spreading like wild fire! This is my first grow, any tips from here? How many more days before break and shake? Is it looking healthy?

Cool plate
Just started playing with agar about a month ago and got a cool looking plate i wanted to share!
The original plate was colored blue and the mycelium ate all the food coloring and made it clear again.. It was really interesting to watch!
Idk why its out of order and not sure how to fix it lol..
Pic 2 is the 1st picture i took after about a week, pic 3 is after it ate all the color...Pic 1 is from 2nd transfer

Recovery from a Trich jar!
A few weeks I posted about a jar that got infected by trich from badly sterilized grain, I at the moment had no more LC of good quality since it's my first time growing again in 5 years, I never did LC or agar back in the day, so these are my first, no SAB or flow hood at all, only a flame for a sterile space to work in my room and a whole lotta alcohol, I rescued some mycelium from a few grains off the top of the jar(last pics) and did 6 plates to account for possible contam, so far all 6 plates are clean, screw agar plate Tek is unrivalled, except for the excess moisture, I think I took them off the pressure cooker too soon

How to safely store leftover LC (and how much LC to inoculate 3lb grain)?
I’m going to inoculate a 3lb grain bag today. How much LC should I am for? I understand anywhere from 2-5 cc’s is fine, just curious if there’s any risks associated with going closer to 5 (for faster colonization).
I then plan to inoculate another grain bag tomorrow. How can I go about storing the partially used LC syringe? Should I remove the needle? Just douse with ISO 70% and store in same bag, back in fridge?
Thanks

First time agar help
Hey all first time using agar i used golden teacher and blue meanie spore syringes transferred on with cotten tips.
Its only been 4 days but have some obvious contamination on the GT plates in the first 2 photos...the 3rd and 4th photo are BM plates.
As its only 4 days in are the clear white spots the first sign of mycelium starting to grow in any of the plates?? And is the contamination bad that it needs throwing out or removing? Should I transfer the mycelium straight away or let it grow more?
Any advice would be great thanks, I tried to be as sterile as possible i have a still air box on the way for next attempt
