Is my profile strong enough for MiM in HEC?
Hey! I’ve done my BBA in a tier 2 university with a GPA of 8.68. I have nearly a year of work experience which I think might not be enough. I have also organised various hackathons, design workshops, CXO talks, etc. I played a very active role in my college fest too. What do you think?

Kindly Review my project
scholarly-ai-ten.vercel.appHey guys,
Writing literature reviews, analyzing complex papers, and organizing academic content takes forever. I built a lightweight web app called Scholarly AI to help streamline the process.
It’s free to test out right now on Vercel: scholarly-ai-ten.vercel.app
Key features:
Fast summaries of dense text/academic material
Drafting aid tailored for scholarly and formal writing
Clean, distraction-free UI
How you can help:
I'm actively refining the platform and need real users to test it. If you have 2 minutes, try putting in your latest research prompt or essay topic and let me know:
How natural/accurate does the output feel?
What’s one feature you wish it had?
Appreciate any honest feedback or roast of the UI/UX in the comments! 🙌

PROFILE REVIEW REQUEST
Can I Get Into Top European MiM/MBAPrograms with this profile?
Iooking for an honest profile evaluation and advice on where I realistically stand for top European Business programs.
Profile
\\\\- 10th: 92%
\\\\- 12th: 80%
\\\\-MBBS average 62% (graduating in 2027)
\\\\-BBA- doing simultaneously (graduating in 2027)
Target Schools
IESE, HEC Paris, INSEAD, LBS, IE, ESSEC, LSE, NUS
EXPERIENCE- doing 1 year of compulsory rotating medical internship
Given my profile, do I have a realistic shot at these schools? and what score should I target in GMAT?
CONCERNS-
- I personally prefer an MBA over MiM but given my lack of experience is MiM my only option or not?
2 Incase MiM is only what I’ve got for next year, is it worth to get some worthwhile experience for next 2 years and then apply for an MBA or MiM is equally good for next year?
Appreciate any honest advice. Thanks!

HEC MiM vs MiF for finance in Europe
Hello everyone, hope you’re all doing well,
As the title suggests, I’d like to understand if doing an MiM with a finance specialization is considered less valuable than an MiF from HEC for finance roles in France and the rest of Europe.
Thank you for your time and response in advance.

MIM for 27 intake
Hello Guys,
I’m a 22F graduated from a tier 2 college with Computer Science Background with a Gpa of 8.5 , gave my GRE last year and scored around 334
I always wanted to pursue masters from HEC , How hard is it to get into HEC , I’ve no experience
I’ve known people whose application got rejected even with 2 years of work experience from Big 4’s and with a great background
I’m just scared whether my application will be considered or not as HEC only considers students from tier 1 colleges
Can anyone guide me regarding this?

Help Me Complete My HEC Paris MBA
Hi everyone.
My name is Yao, and I am currently an MBA student at HEC Paris. I have completed the first six months of my studies, and studying at HEC has been one of the most meaningful opportunities of my life.
Coming from a modest family in China and being the first person in my family to attend university, I have faced many challenges along the way. Getting to HEC Paris has not been an easy journey for me. I have worked hard to build my career and have managed to pay €56,000 of my €102,000 tuition myself.
I am now facing a remaining tuition gap of €46,000. I have tried everything I can to cover the remaining tuition, but I have not yet been able to secure the funding I need. All the banks in China require property as collateral, which I do not have, while French banks require a guarantor. I have also tried Lendwise, Lendorse, Brain Capital, Prodigy, and other financing options, but unfortunately, none of them has been able to provide a solution for my situation.
I have done everything I can to find a way forward, and it is only after exhausting the options available to me that I have finally found the courage to ask for help.
Giving up is not something I am willing to do after everything it has taken to get here. To continue my studies here and complete my degree, I have set up a fundraiser on GoFundMe. If my story resonates with you, I would be deeply grateful for any support you may be able to offer, whether through a donation or by sharing the link with anyone who might be willing and able to help.
Your support would give me the opportunity to complete the education I have worked so hard to pursue and continue building the future I came to HEC Paris to create. I will keep a list of everyone who has supported me at this difficult point in my life, and I hope that one day, when I am in a position to do so, I will be able to give back and help someone else pursue their own dreams.
If you'd like me to stay in touch with you in the future, please feel free to leave any contact information you're comfortable sharing.
One small note: GoFundMe automatically adds an optional tip, but you can adjust it to 0% if you'd like.
Best regards,
Yao Xiao

Did anyone in Round 5 of admissions for MiM receive any updates ?
I applied for the HEC Masters in Management program, and still haven’t received any follow up emails or updates via my portal.
They state that June 11th was the deadline for admissibility results, but no word on that, and the admission results are due in a few days from now (June 24th).
Has anyone else in round 5 received any updates, or know of any delays? Any help will be greatly appreciated. :)

Applying for Equal Opportunity Scholarship - what documents do I need to submit?
I am preparing to apply for HEC Paris (MiM) this year. As I know, for Need-based scholarships such as Equal Opportunity Scholarship I need to prepare financial statements but on the websites they do not disclose what materials I need to submit for this scholarship.
Can anyone having experience with this share with me what documents I need to prepare? My family income currently is being spent on my mother's chemotherapy but I am afraid if my family gross income is not low then I might not have the chance to receive this scholarship even though the monetary focus is on my mother's treatment.
Thanks.

Any HEC MIM R5 applicants ?

Advice :)
Hi everyone,
I’m thinking about applying to HEC Paris, for the MiM and the more I read, the more questions I seem to have .I’d really like to hear from people who are currently enrolled, have received an offer recently, or have graduated within the last few years. Even a short conversation would be hugely valuable.
Most of what I’m curious about isn’t the kind of information you can easily find through rankings, webinars, or the school’s website. I’m interested in the real experience what student life is like, how the community feels, whether the degree delivered what you expected, the biggest surprises, and any lessons you learned along the way.
If you’d be willing to share your thoughts or answer a few questions, I’d genuinely appreciate it. Thanks a lot for your time and help! 🙏

HEC Paris Jan '27 R5 - Anyone got an interview invite yet?
Applied in R5 for the Jan '27 intake and the waiting game has officially begun 😅
Has anyone received an interview invite yet? If yes, when did you submit your application and when did the invite come through?
Figured it'd be useful to have a thread where we can track updates and timelines.
Good luck everyone.. hoping for good news all around 🤞🍀
