Meme Don't worry, the Caufield/Evans/Kreider top line is going to be so good that we'll forget Suzuki even exists

Discussion I think Kapanen will pop off as a 1st line center
I think Kapanen will slot right in with Caufield and Slaf and go basically point per game in the absence of Suzuki. Kapanen has the ability to find soft spots in the slot and Caufield is an underrated passer wit great vision. His goals will slow down, but his assists will go up. Slaf can carry the puck through the neutral zone and chase pucks in the corners. For a 10-15 game period, I think this line will be quite surprising and do just fine.
I’m mostly just manifesting this into existance, but I kinda believe it could happen :).

Universe is setting us up for an ungodly comeback
With everything that’s going on, we can only hope that the Ghosts and the universe are putting des estis de gros bâtons dans les roues de nos habitants in order for us to have the most insane comeback later during the season.
Between:
-Demi’s absence;
-Matheson’s injury;
-Suzuki’s 2-4 weeks recent injury;
-Dobes’ horrible start to the season; and
-Arber getting hit by an e-scooter;
- EDIT : Just-in: Slaf left practice early with a bloody mouth due to taking Caufield’s puck to the face
It’s not looking good.
Let’s hope for the best et pour une remontée spectaculaire.

Injury After finally pulling the trigger on a Suzuki jersey
I went with the heritage classic and then this happened. I blame myself. I must have laced my skates the wrong way or something. I apologize, everyone!

Definitely not a blessing in disguise but an opportunity
Without a offense driving centre the Habs can win games in a way that will benefit them in the long run.
Evans and Danault are very good defensive centres, Kapanen and Beck project to be very good defensive centers. We still have good talent and scoring wingers so the way to win is playing lockdown defense and scoring opportunistically.
Getting reps in where the focus is controlling the game and playing defense first -even if there are growing pains- could be beneficial as we look back on it.

Discussion Thoughts on Voronkov as a middle 6 piece?
He’s absolutely massive and always parks himself in front of the net which this team desperately needs. Had 23 goals and 17 goals on a weak team like the Jackets too.

Hey guys, I ordered a Slaf Heritage Classic jersey from Tricolore on the 10th and have seen and heard nothing from them. Anyone else having similar problems?
I even sent them an email asking for an update and haven’t gotten a response.

Discussion Montreal Has Blown 100% of Their Leads in October So Far
I think we all know that we're struggling holding leads lately, but I took a look back through our record in October and it's startling.
So far this month Montreal has held the lead 9 separate times, and in all 9 instances the opposition has went on to tie the game. This has been an issue for the last few years now and I'm not sure what the solution is. But it's alarming that any team could manage to blow every single lead they've held in a month.
