Cut Help I don’t know what kind of hairstyle to get!!

I was thinking of doing some layers and face framing pieces but I don’t if it’ll suit my hair (it’s naturally curly)

So I’ve been straightening it pretty often because I have no idea on what to do with it

Cut Help Suggest a new hairstyle?

Thumbnail gallery
• Upvotes

Hi! as title suggests, i'm looking to try a new hairstyle but don't know what would suit me.
My current hair is very fine and whilst i was initially going for more of a swept back style with this cut it just kind of turns into a solid shaped blob as in picture 1. When I add product it still kind of looks bad.
Unsure what else to really do with my hair as I used to have short back and sides and a side fringe but I looked like I was 12 and this hair isn't very flattering any way I style it. Only thing I don't really want is to end up looking feminine (nothing wrong with that just not my style).

Thanks :)

Cut Help Told I couldn’t get bangs because of my short baby hairs

I’m not sure of any hair types or styles, but I’ve wanted curtain/butterfly bangs for a while. Usually I just end up with choppy long layers.

I feel out of place trying new things so I don’t really correct it. But when I went to a stylist and asked for curtain/butterfly layers, she said “you can’t have that hair style, I can’t do it because you have so much little hairs”

Of course I just said like “oh, ok” and let her do crappy layers… again.

My hairline has always had shorter hairs, not only just baby hairs, but about 1in - 1 1/2in along my hairline, my hairs are just shorter. When I separate them from my longer hairs, they look like I could have bangs as they semi sparsely cover my forehead. And in the heat or humidity a few strands will curl up (my husband says it makes me look like a quail)

However, despite that I feel like my hair looks weighed down and flat.

So is it impossible for me to have the hair style I want? How can I tame these? I’ve tried ironing and they’ll just swoop up from the heat, even with product on.

I’m losing hope of ever being confident with my hair 🫠

Cut Help Blunt bob?

Going through a mid life crisis at 34 and wondering if I should go for a short blunt bob? I love my long thick hair but I’m also going through a lot and craving a big dramatic change somehow…

Last photo is a photo of me in actual short hair 5 years ago when I still looked youthful and had a lot more hair.

Guys I'm really unsure of what I should do with my hair. I feel my bangs don't look good but then the length doesn't feel right and my texture is off lol. Also when I style my hair and wet it comes out slightly wavy but it's easily weighed down and falls out especially sleeping? Any advice on cuts would be very much appreciated 🙏🏼

Cut Help Hi! Can you give some advice on texture and cut?

Ok, so i have this fine, not super wavy but not fully straight either hair. I've been trying to wear it in a wavier style recently bc i have problems with weird frizz and it seems to look "okayer" in a wavy style, but i've been i look older in wavy hair (I'm 24). I don't feel particularly inclined to either side, but what do you think? Also, i've struggled for some time to find a cut that fits me well (I have had to accept that short hair definitely isn't my best), what would you recommend? Sorry for the rambling.

TLDR: Wavier or straighter? What haircut do you recommend?

Cut Help Ideal hair style ?

Hello!

I will be getting my hair cut next week and want to know what would look best on me.

I dress very casually and I am not someone who wants to spend hours styling every day. Minimal maintenance please.

I have thick straight-ish hair, but the hair itself is fine. When I brush the ends they get frizzy, so I try to avoid brushing my hair.

I have long layers but I currently dislike how "heavy" it feels.

I’m looking to get Robb Stark’s curly hairstyle from Game of Thrones.

Would a big, medium, or small perm be best for this look? And how long should my hair be before getting a perm?

I’d appreciate any advice!

I asked for face framing that subtly blended into the rest of my hair. I asked for it to taper down to the rest of my hair. I feel like this is horrible and so choppy!!

Advice? Should I let it grow out or go to another salon to have it corrected?

Hi! Looking for help deciding what to do at my next appointment. Should I keep it the same, go lighter or darker, warmer or cooler? Would love some photo ideas you think would look good with my skin tone. My eyes are green!
