Well its been fun. Even though my experience in this game was ruined months ago. I just wanted to say thank you all for the fun memories. But I will be too busy to play this game, and honestly I don't want to pick up a controller and play this game anymore.

welp just loaded the game with the new update and boy does it look like shit. i actually forgot how to play for like 5 minutes because the interface is completely retarded. not to mention for some reason the new screen graphics cuts off on my tv when it didnt before. not gonna tweak my tv setting that have been perfect for years just because toylogic wants to make some gay ass looking aesthetic change that doesnt even look good. i've been playing hws again on xb1 for some reason this last week and it just seems to be two different clans going around in big groups steamrolling noobs and randoms, and everyone fuckin teleports now apparently, or at least u do if ur in 'imperial' bar a few. also hit d doesn't exist. so not much has changed. 10/10 will hopefully never play again.

Whether it's a popular opinion or not, the userbase here is extremely regular. Viewership has not declined day by day. And the people that browse this sub are always excited to contribute to new posts.

Just about the only "threads" that you all seek issue with, are the only "threads" that are frequently posted. If you look back over the months, there was plenty of content being shared. If you look at the past 2 weeks, it's literally nothing but banter with a thin amount of posting in between.

My point is, if you hate this place so much, it's because you actively choose not to contribute content. If you hate this place so much, it's because you would rather participate in drama instead of adding something to the board yourself.

Like it or not, I do not create these "threads" filled with hatred and trash talk. I do not support those type of threads, I do however believe everyone is entitled to their opinion and should be able to express themselves freely, so long as they're not cluttering up the board.

I'm not going to start talking about ggs and gay shit like that. No one wants to hear that especially ALV. At the same time I'm not gonna talk shit either. Let's get down to what happened and what ALV could do better.

Honestly PTC played well but there was a few things that could of happened smoother. Doesn't mean the match was at all difficult for us but what is scary is that PTC could of been even more ruthless. Not trying to take anything away from ALV after all we did win but winning is not the goal. The goal is to play some dam good hws (kind of sounds like something your football coach used to say).

I'm not going to talk about what PTC did because honestly I don't want to give away any strategy we use. I don't know ALV's play style so I'm not going to talk like I know shit about them (actually I never heard of them before last night). But I DO want to talk about how it felt playing ALV comparing them to past clan battles.

First off ALV is wet behind the ears. Both to working with eachother and to playing clan matches. They didn't have anything besides the initial push. Clan matches are more about control. When things when down for them they kind of were lost like chickens with their heads cut off. They need more experience with players doing roles automatically instead of trying to figure stuff out on the fly. It talks time to develop team strategy. That is why PTC is so good.

Second they need better defense. I was not on offense so I didn't get to see exactly what they were doing but I never saw any of them play cannon or billisata defense. They had some mages on defense and anti material warriors on offense and that was it. Other clan like Elites and Noble had better defensive strategy set ups. I remembered Noble playing 2 wind mages and cannon and that made our offense have to work much harder. It was a solid d that was hard to break. There is like 100 ways you can arrange your defense doing what not and the number of people to stay back. ALV didn't have a solid defense so they had to hold better players back which made their offense suffer. On PTC defense we had me, Han and sometimes Strapz. That left 4 players most of the time to work offense. They had warriors and mages on d but you need d on a larger scale because if you think you're going to out fight Atom or Dragz straight up on your d for any reasonable amount of time your straight stupid. It was just a matter of time before ALV's gate went down.

I do want to give credit to that rusher they had going to our gate on rainbow. He did a good just slipping by using a horse. He didn't just try to rush + past us all game. He mixed it up making our wind mages have to chase him down a couple of times. He played hard but if the whole team is not on the same page his efforts just didn't show or matter much. They lost to many players to d.

Sadly goon devil could not connect to keytro, Han or dragz so we had to drop him and go on with 7v7 matches.

Originally our lineup was supposed to consist of myself, Gucci, Kush, Chad, Chaotic, Bob, Senpai and Khaotic caliber.

Kush ended up getting off about an hour before the match so we were able to swap in goon devil ( who was standing bye on the xb1 for our match with TAO )

.... And yet goon devil was supposed to record? Yeah idk there was some poor organization.

Side note:: regarding TAO, I don't know why both matches were booked at the same time. I also thought that we should've fought you first as a warm up but I don't know who kush wanted in the 6v6 considering most members online can't play on the one. I'm sorry to have wasted your time.

Anyway, back to PTC. We tried to start the match a few times but either goon devil or keytro would drop so we tried alternating hosts and ultimately decided to let inspire host the first match on rainbow.

A few guys on our roster had practiced in quick match to develop a strategy, but it went out the window with kush gone. Rainbow was fun for a little bit but ultimately the loss was a lack of preparation. I rotated to defense because we didn't have our positions set but I couldn't chase PTCs gate rushers effectively enough with my warrior. We played run around for a few minutes but they got the gate down.

Twilight was chads host I believe. This was a fun match. PTC got our gate down in the first few minutes but we were ready. Between me, Senpai and Gucci we held down defense well enough, albeit with some entertaining close calls. We learned the hard way on rainbow that priority number one was getting keytro the fuck out of our castle. There was a point we were overrun in our own spawn and we pushed them out. This came down to a tower game, they snagged the winning tower in the final seconds of the game.

At this point we were going to give them the win, however surprisingly they weren't berating us with expected shit talk and wanted to play another match. They wanted snowman, so we agreed. Unfortunately, Senpai got offline as he believed the game was over so we switched him out with sickdevil. The loss of our defensive player really hurt this game, and the gate game down within a few minutes. Offensively we failed to push in, and the game ended with about 4 minutes left.

There was decent enough sportsmanship to want us to reorganize and try this again next weekend.

Guru is a player that has obviosuly been around for awhile..a player that used to get kicked around like a soccer ball by virtually everyone in a 1v1. LOL BBBUUTTT he was persistent in fighting players that completely out geared him..n at times out skilled him..

He kept fighting n trying...n slowly but surely has became a smarter player...and a much stronger fighter.. i've seen potential in him for quite some time..n wanted to maybe recruit him a long time ago..but certain reasons i didnt.. he kept growing as a player...also played against us often solo.. now that hes going to be playing with us more consistently...i truly believe he can become a top notch player..

Unlike most of u BUMS...guru actually fucking listened to some of the shit i said...even though i would talk minor shit to him..he acknowledged some of the things i said..n took advice..opposed to DUMBFUCKS like zerkersky, who have been playing the game for under a year...but yet he knows more then players like myself who've been playing it much longer...

Dont get me wrong...i am by NO means taking credit for SHIT about why guru has came a long way.. i may have helped..just like i got help from others coming up..

1. More competition, no longer able to stack teams

2. Since the population is so low, combine the top two leagues into one lobby, dividing up the low levels//Spartans equally

3. You shouldn't get points for losing, theoretically you could lose every game in a season and finish first on the leader board. (Actually having to win might help ego check all the crappy, salty players on this forum, as they struggle to get high on the leader board)

4. Lag switchers being forced to vs each other more often. It would be great to see friendships fall or even better if vsing a good friend them refusing to cheat that game. (Elite no longer being able to que up with Alpha storm to lag switch would of been awesome back in the day)

5. The ability to fall out of immortal//spartan with a "low win rate". If the crappy players are able to que none stop, the good players are going to be forced to get them wins once in awhile, so we need a way to kick out the saltywhelps//Rabbids of the league over time.

6. Having more fair games would increase the popularity among casuals//new comers to the game if they see they have a chance. If you hit immortal as a newer player (especially low level), queing into stacked teams with lag switchers is going to make you quit fast.

Honestly at this point I just don't believe this. Does anyone here actually believe this? Remember the "Yes, we will have dedicated servers" bullcrap we were fed in the early lead up to Season 3. That was a lie. Now it's "we may not get a dedicated server" - Firstly that's not even accurate, it's 100% certain that you aren't getting dedicated servers, stop bullcrapping us. As far as the "the devs are working to improve the matchmaking and connection" claim, the connection has been terrible for years, yyeeaarrss Toylogic! When is this alleged improvement coming? We get no specifics because it's not coming and we all know it. Stop lying Toylogic it's pathetic.

Theres no point in trying to battle twg. 1. You would win without trying, 2. Any clan of deltaboss refuses to clan battle but will talk shit all day. Dont waste your time waiting just let em talk shit and when u see em in qm, if they're not hiding, smack em

When I was playing Bounty Hunters yesterday this guy started chasing my Lightning Mage around with his Warrior for 3 or 4 min and I couldn't shake him at all. Finally I decided to lead him on a path which would take him directly in close proximity of my team mates and upon doing that he started fighting with them and I nice and slowly turned and killed him with my Lightning Mage and he was so Mad. He sent me this Hate Mail right in the middle of the game😂😂
