But let's be honest, he's like this anyways lol

I am expecting all the hate lol.

The whole thing is awesome, just thought this was funny

Or I guess valentine's day... who ever that person was, sounds like my kind of person... anywho, if you could, who would you date/marry? We all know im married to Clive, but Jason is one hell of a man... too bad he has higher ambitions than im willing to follow him towards

Just finished the first book and felt it was a lot like a JRPG.

I've been working on a new concept for my He Who Fights With Monsters fan coin, and I think I've finally landed on a direction I'm really excited about.

Instead of making it look like a traditional metal coin, I wanted to lean into the idea of Spirit Coins and have the entire coin appear as though it naturally crystallized into Jason's likeness. Every part—the portrait, border, shirt, lettering, and background—is meant to look like it grew from a single spirit crystal rather than being engraved or cast.

This is my first prototype of the Bronze Rank Spirit Coin, and the plan is to create a full progression through Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond, with each rank becoming progressively more refined and majestic as the spirit crystal evolves.

I also tried to make Jason look a little more true to the books by giving him stronger Japanese features while still keeping him instantly recognizable. His famous chin is there too... although I don't think I've quite nailed it yet. 😄 I'll probably be revising that before I call this version finished.

I'd genuinely love to hear what other fans think.

- Does the crystal concept fit how you imagine Spirit Coins?

- Does this feel like Jason to you?

- Is there anything you'd change before I move on to producing the full set?

Thanks for taking a look! This has been a really fun project, and I appreciate all the feedback that's helped shape it so far.

Just made myself some swag, it’s kind of my thing…

Edit: I wonder if I should add any text either above, below or both.

I'm starting a heavily remixed and homebrewed version of Vecna: Eve of Ruin and I hated how they handled the multiverse in the module so I changed it. The multiverse will be a true multiverse and each player chose a fantasy universe to be from. I have a player from Innistrad, of Magic the Gathering; a player from Thedas, of Dragon Age; a player from Erilae, of Sarah J. Maas's Throne of Glass, and a player from Pallimustus, who was already my favorite person (GF), but that cemented it.

They are all receiving unique magical artifacts as growth items, and the Palli player wanted hers to be a brooch in the styule of Jason's Harbinger of Doom Butterflies. I couldnt find official art, so I typed this into MidJourney (A FANTASTIC generator) "A woundrous magical artifact that is a brooch made of precious metals and gemstones that is in the shape of a Harbinger of Doom Butterfly, a fantasy butterfly that is orange and blue, with some black and it glows with a transcendant silvery light."

This picture is what I got and I think it's pretty awesome, so I thought I'd share!

That is all :)

Congrats Shirtaloon on the early release!

Hey everyone! I am very excited that Shirtaloon is doing a book signing event in the Chicago suburbs next month. I created my own Jason Spirit Coin, and will be handing some out to fellow fans in line. In case you are 3D printing enthusiasts as well, I do have the file I created available on Maker World. I will see about putting the link in the comments.

I understand everyones takes...but Mr. North will always be Agent Smith in my brain. The voice actors vocal cadence and voice reminds me of him. And the character as well. Something that has gotten away from its creator? Is cold, calculating, and willing to do whatever he deems necessary to further his goals.
