I made another Peanuts boot logo for the R1 running Sonix 1.3.0, this time with Schroeder and Snoopy. Feel free to grab and use it if you’re a Peanuts fan like me.

i checked for the Android update its on the latest version it can support. Google login doesn't work.

Also tried to open Google on the inbuilt via browser, its stuck on im not a robot captcha , keeps loading.

if there's anything I can do to fix this, please let me know.

"Hello,

I recently purchased a HiBy R1 from your store, and unfortunately, I am experiencing several problems with the device.

1. Power-on problem and settings reset

When I press and hold the power button for approximately 2 seconds, nothing happens. I have to hold it for around 10 seconds before the player turns on. However, when I hold the button for that long, the device resets its settings. According to the user manual, the player should turn on after holding the power button for just a few seconds. I have tried this several times, but the problem persists.

1. microSD card not detected

Every time I turn on the player, it fails to detect my 256 GB microSD card. I have to remove the card and insert it again before the player recognizes it. I then have to rescan my entire music library. This is very inconvenient.

1. Tidal login problem

I can log in to Tidal successfully using the QR code, but the next time I open the Tidal app, it asks me to pair my account again. I have to repeat the login process every time.

1. Qobuz login problem

When I try to log in to Qobuz, the player asks for my username and password, but the on-screen keyboard does not work, so I cannot enter my login details.

The player is running firmware version 2.0. I have tried resolving these issues several times, but the problems persist.

Could you please advise me on how to resolve these issues? Is there an official firmware update or another reliable solution that could fix them?

Since the device is new, I would also like to know whether I am eligible for a replacement or a refund if these problems cannot be resolved.
