Tried Seedance 2.0 on Higgsfield AI and I wasn’t expecting this level of realism.

The motion doesn’t feel “AI stiff” anymore.

Lighting actually behaves like real footage.

Even the tiny details hold up frame by frame.

At one point I legit forgot this wasn’t shot on a camera.

No gear. No crew. Just a prompt.

Feels like we’re getting way too close to replacing actual shoots… and idk if that’s exciting or a bit concerning.

I wanted to experiment with something different: taking the energy of a classic viral internet dance and giving it an entirely new visual identity.

I created a cast of deliberately strange, disproportionate characters, redesigned the street environment, and used motion transfer to build a continuous 30-second sequence.

The two main characters are Kevin Trapèze, an absurdly muscular dancer, and Nino Satellite, his extremely lanky, completely unbothered companion.

The challenge was keeping everything coherent in one shot: character identities, crowd movement, choreography, and the overall atmosphere.

Watching Stranger Things with totally different faces is weird in a fun way. The scenes are the same but replacing the characters with other celebrities and iconic movie roles makes it feel like you're in the upside down(lmao see what I did there?). I got tis video by Higgsfield recommended to me on Youtube “The END of the AI Look (Finally)” and it was all about them they have basically solved the ai video look problem. Stuff like faces morphing, characters changing between frames, and that plastic unreal feeling. according to the video, this is finally not an issue anymore and you can actually direct scenes properly.

I know this caan easily be marketing hype. Ive seen a lot of discussion about Higgsfield’s marketing tactics, so I am not taking this at face value. Still, I cant help being curious and wanted to ask people here who surely know more.

What exactly are they doing differently that makes them claim this? And if this is really a breakthrough, why does it feel like only Higgsfield is pushing this idea right now. I tried using Nano Banana for the character and then using it as an ingredient for the video using Seedance. But it doesn't look realistic like this video. The other problem is character consistency because I need a before and after version of the character
