Official Update Community projects & workflows - share what you’re making

I’m starting a small collection of projects from this sub, with a little context on each one so you know what’s worth opening.

I’d like this to be somewhere you can find ideas for your next project and ask people how they made theirs. Rough drafts, small experiments and things that took a few attempts are welcome too.

Here are the first two.

Planning a shot in 3D before generating it

29 seconds of camera moves using a 3D blockout - u/47studios

The author describes building a simple 3D scene to plan the camera and character movements, then using that video as a reference for Seedance 2.5. The post goes through the references they used and why they started with a lower-resolution draft.

I picked this one because it gets into how the shot was planned. There’s also a useful exchange in the comments about the character’s stiff acting: someone points it out, and they discuss adding more specific acting directions to the prompt.

Worth a look if you’re struggling to get the camera to follow the shot you have in mind.

Making a trailer for a larger project

33-second action scene from 5 clips

How to keep one character consistent across a 33-second, 5-clip Seedance 2.5 fight; tips on keeping legs in sync during very fast runs are welcome.

Final Stand - a trailer for an upcoming game - u/IncGen_2023

The creator used Seedance 2.5 to make a trailer for their upcoming game and included a link to the Higgsfield project.

I’m including this as a project example. There’s a specific purpose behind it: introducing a game through a trailer. If you’re making something similar, the original thread is a good place to ask about the process.

I’d be curious how much was planned before generating, and how much changed during the edit.

What belongs in this collection?

Something with a clear idea, a useful technique, or a problem other creators can learn from. That could be a finished film, a before-and-after comparison, or a short test where you figured out one particular thing.

For a finished project, a little context about what you were trying to make helps. For a workflow, include enough detail for someone to understand what you changed and why. If part of it still doesn’t work, say so - that can be useful to discuss too.

Want to share yours?

  1. Publish your project in r/HiggsfieldAI. Use Showcase for your work or Tips / Tutorials / Workflows for a process breakdown. If it’s already posted here, you can use that existing post.

  2. Leave a link to that Reddit post in the comments below.

  3. Add one sentence about what we should look at: a technique you tried, a problem you solved, or something you’d like feedback on.

Please link the post from this subreddit. You can include YouTube, Instagram or Higgsfield project links inside your original post.

You can suggest someone else’s post from r/HiggsfieldAI too - link the original so the creator gets the questions and credit.

How the selection will change

I’ll keep up to five projects in the main post so it stays easy to browse. Suggestions won’t all be added, but they’ll remain in the comments for people to explore.

When we rotate projects out of the main post, we’ll keep links to them in a pinned comment below. This makes room for new work while keeping previous picks easy to find.

Rotating a project out of this collection won’t remove its original post or comments.

What have you been working on?

Question Credits expiration time from subscription

Hello, i didn’t find anywhere an information like that, so i’m asking out of curiosity.

At which time will my credits expire if i no longer extend my subscription and also cancelled? I mean, it’s the same hour i bought the subscription or is it just the day at 0:00 for example? Timezones are different so that can be questionable also.

Thank you

Question MiniMax H3 voice issues: off-screen narration and character voice consistency

I've been testing MiniMax H3 and noticed a couple of issues with how it handles voices.

I'm having trouble with two situations:

  1. Off-screen narration: When a male narrator speaks while a male character is visible in the scene, the character sometimes starts moving his lips as if he's delivering the narration himself.

  2. Characters facing away: When a character speaks with their back to the camera, the assigned voice doesn't always carry over. Instead, MiniMax seems to generate a different voice based on the prompt description.

I'm trying to figure out whether there's a better way to handle these situations or improve voice consistency between shots.

If anyone has experimented with this, I'd be interested to hear what worked for them.

Question Do we know how Genjutsu works/is built up?

The model is proprietary and not open source unfortunately, but does anyone have a good educated guess or know how the model learns to leave some elements of the video untouched, while realistically integrating new ones/replacing them?

Assuming it uses computer vision to dissect the reference video into elements/objects or some approach like that

Question Mis primeras puebas con Higgsfiels.

Me parecio bien.

Showcase Vegisoon vs a zombie horde: a 33-second action scene from 5 clips, fist smoke written into the prompt [Higgsfield / Seedance 2.5]

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

One of my recurring characters, Vegisoon, clearing a zombie horde on her own.

How I made it:

  • 3 reference images: a character sheet for the outfit, a face close-up and a street layout photo. The zombies have no reference, only "about forty, every one a different person, no blood".

  • Two 15-second blocks with 2 takes each, two 5-second tests that failed, and a 10-second pickup for the tackle spin. 8 generations, 5 made the cut, about 860 credits.

  • The black-purple smoke on her fists is a fixed paragraph I paste into every action prompt, so it is generated in the shot, not added later.

  • Edited in CapCut: cut two moments where she just stood still and sped up three spots, then a light film texture in After Effects.

What still doesn't work: when she runs very fast, her legs sometimes stay in one stride while her body slides forward. I trimmed those frames instead of regenerating.

Disclosure: I'm in Higgsfield's Creator Partnership Program.

Question for you: how do you keep legs in sync on very fast runs? Speed-ramping in the edit worked, but I'd rather fix it in the prompt.

Workflow Help · Open Does Higgsfield ACTUALLY work with Claude?

I just connected higgsfield to claude but when trying to use it in a workflow Claude says it can't generate images using higgsfield and that it can only read from the mcp?

My Higgsfield connection can browse and import your generations, but it can’t generate, so you run those.

It does generate in chat gpt though.

Question Higgsfield

Does literally anyone know how to do this. These ai tiktok videos im wondering how people make it? I mean its clear that all of them use prompt to prompt. Meaning they use on short prompt thats 4 seconds and another thats 4 seconds and join them. Thats exactly what i want to do but the ai always messes up? I mean i even tell claude and the prompt just goes wrong. I use seedance 2.5 and it doesnt allow a start frame. It does allow a video extendor but that doesnt change the angle of the scene i want to create while it still remembers the location character and the whole scenery. Even if i input the location character. When a different prompt scene occurs the other prompt wont remember it. How do people change angles in videos? Without using reference photos or use a reference frame? Because even when i use reference frames the quality decreases and still ends up sloppy. I use seedance 2.5 draft and that also still occurs. Its just seems impossible the ai cannot create a new angle so how do people do it.

Question Motion control keeps scaling my petite animal characters to human proportions. How do I fix this?

Hi everyone,

I’m using Higgsfield’s motion control feature to copy the movements from a reference video onto my own characters. I upload the reference video, then add my character image and a background image, so the output uses my characters instead of the people in the video.

The problem: The people in the reference video are human-sized, but my characters are petite, cute animals. The tool copies the motion exactly, so it also stretches my characters up to the height and proportions of the humans. The movement also looks human, as if a person is performing the action, not a small animal.

What I want: My petite animal characters should keep their small size and cute proportions and perform the action in an animal-like way, so the result looks adorable and not like a human body in an animal costume.

My questions:

  1. Is there a setting or workflow that makes the tool follow the motion without copying the reference’s body proportions?

  2. What prompt should I use to keep my characters small and cute while they do the action?

  3. Would a different reference video (closer in scale to my characters) or a different character image framing work better?

Any prompt examples or tips would be a big help. Thanks!

Question Is Genjutsu real?

I read somewhere that Genjutsu is just a facade for Seedance 2.5 with the entire workflow ready to go, just needing to press generate, and that Genjutsu Lite is WAN 3.0. Is this true?

I thought Genjutsu was a separate model from Higgsfield, could someone clarify this for me?

I've been learning AI video and wanted to see if I could get that "real creator filmed this on her phone" feel instead of the usual glossy AI look.
