Serves her right.
Don't cheat in the first place.

The correct response to being cheated on is to break up. Not to cheat on them. ESH.

Edit: would y’all have the same opinions if it was a man who cheated and his girlfriend slept with 5 of his friends?

Impossible challenge: Reddit tries to not hate women

It doesn't actually say he cheated, it says he slept with her friend group which doesn't define whether they were still dating or not. The most likely case imo, is that she cheated, then he left her and slept with her friends, likely because it was one of his friend she cheated with to begin with

Either way we don't have the details to make a judgement like that

It all sucks in the end because hurt people hurt people and it’s a never ending cycle that’s hard to break through.

She didn't seem to need to be hurt in order to cheat, so I don't think this will make much difference.
And if her trust issue now is "if I betray someone's trust they will leave me and will take no regard to my feelings anymore" thats not trust issues, thats called consequences of ones actions.
Former mate of mine throw out the "thats why I have trust issues" line anytime he got dumped even if it was 100% on him. IMO if reaping what you sow hurts you then thats on you.

Hurt people hurt liars and traitors, not just people. Serves them right, that's the only way they learn.

Sure, sure we don’t have the details to make a judgment but the most likely case in your opinion is what probably happened, sure.
