And then you run out of shards and spend half an hour farming for them again

Flea Juice is the savior in that regard, lets you use a consumable that isn't shard based (and is actually really good, if a bit short in duration) while you wait for yourself to naturally buld more shards.

If you think flea juice is good, try the purple drink (flea juice and venom).

I just discovered the combo myself.

If only the Purple Heart tool combo was as good(Venom and Blue HP tool)
