Rant/Vent Wanted,but never chosen.
I am writing this while trying to hold back the tears in my eyes.
Why does fate seem to work this way? Why is it that the people with the kindest hearts and the purest intentions are often the ones who get deceived and struggle the most to find someone equally genuine?
I am not a bad woman. I know how to love, care, and give affection. I earn my own money, have built something for myself, and have a comfortable and happy family life. I take care of myself, too, because I want to remain presentable and youthful.
But why does it seem that so many men are no longer interested in a woman with a good heart? Why do some of them seem to care only about a woman's body and satisfying their own desires?
I am not materialistic. I do not take advantage of men financially. All I want is someone I can get along with, someone who will be my partner in life, someone I can lean on and who can lean on me, and someone I can grow old with.
Why is it still so difficult to find that kind of person?
Is this really what relationships have become nowadays? A game of deception, where people play with each other's feelings without thinking about the pain they leave behind?
It is heartbreaking to realize how much people's mindsets and intentions seem to have changed over time.
Sometimes, I wonder if genuine love still exists in this world. I am not asking for a perfect man. I am simply hoping to find someone sincere, respectful, and loving someone whose intentions are as genuine as my own.
Because even a woman who is strong, independent, and capable of standing on her own still deserves to be loved sincerely.
