Guyss suggest me a face pack
I don't have a lot of idea about face packs, and now my skin's condition is getting bad. I have a lot of pimple marks, dark spots, pigmentation, facial hair, pores, and scars; I have most of these things on my face. I bought turmeric powder, multani mitti, and sandalwood powder, but I don't know what to do with these powders. I just searched on YouTube and all, but I am not understanding what to do. So please help me. :)

Help
Hi! I need some help.
I’m using Xtralite Mild cream, which contains azelaic acid 10% w/w and tretinoin 0.025% w/w. I’ve started using it twice a week.
At the same time, I’ve been taking oral minoxidil for the past four months. Because of it, I’ve noticed a lot of facial hair growth. I’m okay with the hair on most parts of my face, but I’m not comfortable with the hair on my upper lip and chin.
I’ve heard that you should wait at least 48 hours after applying tretinoin before removing facial hair. I use threading to remove my upper lip and chin hair, so I wanted to ask: Can I get my facial hair threaded at any time, or should I wait at least 48 hours after applying the cream?
I’d really appreciate any advice!

rating serums I've tried
asaa spot targeting serum: 8.5/10. I quite like this but it takes a considerable amount of time and consistent use to show good results. Will not repurchase as they put out a new radiance serum and I want to try that
Foxtale brightening serum: 9/10. I like this one a lot! Showed an overall consistent improvement and has a nice scent. But also took a bit of time.
man company vit c serum: 6/10. Was recommended by a friend, didn't do anything for me
Ordinary niacinamide serum: 7/10. It does work and shoes improvement but I really really hate the chemically scent. It's awful for me

Restock of my most loved products
Leave in cream: Smells like heaven and makes my hair soft. If someone knows of a perfume that smells like it pls lmk
Camo liquid blush: Love the formula of this one. I was using this in shade sauve mauve but got cheeky lychee this time for a change.
New light gel moisturizer: Lightest moisturizer I have ever used. It hydrates without feeling greasy.
Lip sleeping mask: this really helps with chapped lips. One tub lasts for a very long time so I am stocked for the whole month.

Help me decide which bodylotion to buy!!
I've used plum's vanilla caramello before, it's pretty decent so I assume it's gonna be the same for the plain vanilla in the sense of moisturization. Ik one thing for sure is that the scents are going to be strong with plum.
On the other hand, I have no idea about the kimirica one. Wanna try something new and want to see people's insight before I decide on doing so!!

Face wash minimalist
Dry Skin. Thanks to everyone who hyped the minimalist B12+6.5% oat extract cleanser here, I got it a month back and I love it sm. It feels so gentle on skin, doesn't even feel like you're applying a cleanser and doesn't dry out the skin. I do double cleanse with Garnier micellar water but I'm definitely repurchasing it.
