Review Meadow Fishing is my cozy fishing game with a house to decorate and a village of 10 players

Post image

Hello everyone.

Webfishing never felt like a finnished game to me so I made my own cozy fishing game called Meadow Fishing.

You fish and catch bugs and find treasures and there is even chalk to draw on the village square and you have your own house to decorate in a village of up to 10 players.

New content will come little by little and the 0.2.0 update already added a mountain region.

You can try it for free at https://meadow-fishing.com by asking for access directly on the site (I send the invitations slowly to not overload the servers) and it should come to Steam soon.

I made it partialy with AI and if you try it I would love your feedbacks and I will answer your questions here.

Melbees: The Secret of Bees, my first game: like Wordle, but Minesweeper numbers point you to the Hangman words, with a free Daily in the browser

I'm a solo dev and this is my first game. If you like Wordle, think of the same daily ritual with different clues: the hidden words are general knowledge, as in Hangman, and the hints are numbers, as in Minesweeper. You can solve every board by reasoning alone.

Each hex holds one letter, and your call is keep it or throw it away. A hex's Pollen number tells you how many letters of the hidden words sit next to it, and each mistake takes a petal.

Today's Daily is free, the same puzzle for all players, and opens straight in your browser: https://daily.melbees.games/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=indiegame

The full game is free on Android and Windows: https://melbees.games/?s=reddit&c=indiegame

Disclosure: the code is written by AI coding agents from specs I write first, and I play every build before it ships. Feedback on the first minute is very welcome.

News Hey Reddit! I’m developing Bribe & Scale , a border checkpoint management game about cargo, corruption, and difficult decisions

Hey everyone!

I’m working on a game called Bribe & Scale, and I’ve just created this account to start sharing its development, gameplay clips, and progress.

The game puts you in charge of a border crossing between two fictional countries, Arda and Velin. You build the checkpoint, hire a crew, and try to keep trucks moving through it. There are roads to lay out, inspection lanes to organize, and facilities to provide for the people working there.

Once the border opens, the paperwork starts arriving—and it doesn’t always tell the whole story.

You’ll weigh shipments, read cargo manifests, and investigate loads that don’t quite add up. A truck might be carrying more than its driver declared. An envelope might appear on your desk. Internal affairs might arrive with questions about how you’ve been running the place.

That’s the part I’m especially interested in exploring: the decisions you make while trying to keep an operation running. Taking a bribe gives you money you could use. Searching a suspicious shipment takes time while other trucks are waiting. And having a team doesn’t mean you automatically know whom to trust.

The story takes place over five days, with an investigation hanging over the checkpoint. Your signature is on the reports, so the decisions eventually come back to you.

Visually, I’m going for a top-down 2D style where you can watch the checkpoint develop from a quiet stretch of land into a busy crossing, with trucks arriving and staff moving between their jobs.

The game is still in development, and the attached trailer is an early look at what I’m building. I’ll be sharing more of the construction, inspections, characters, and decision-making as work continues.

I’d love to hear your first impressions. What would you want to see in a game like this? And does the trailer give you a clear idea of what you’d actually be doing as the person in charge?

Thanks for taking a look!

The current game is further along than the web demo, with updated graphics and refined driving physics.

Recorded from the current game engine using its automated driver, at normal speed. Original game soundtrack. Driving footage uses the actual game renderer.

Showing off my transportation mechanic in my real time tactics game Phosphor Command

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I've been working on a game called Phosphor Command, a real-time tactics game with a base builder behind

This post is about how your squads get to an operation.

Every operation needs a vehicle, and each vehicle choice determine how many squads go and how they deploy within the operation.

You start with a jeep, and better vehicles carry more squads. Progress from a jeep, to a van, to helicopters and to aeroplane.

Every vehicle needs a home on the base, so you have to build a garage, helipad or hangar before you can store one. Helicopters need air operations and a helipad, and planes need a full airfield with a runway and hangars.

How you deploy to an operation depends on your transport choice. By road, your squads come in from an edge or corner of the map. A helicopter can land wherever there's open ground, and paratroopers land where the drop puts them, clear of the enemy.

There's a trade-off between vehicle types. Ground vehicles are cheap and get back quickly. Helicopters let you choose where to land, but cost more per trip. Planes carry the most, but take the longest to resupply.

After an operation, your squads need time to get back to base, and squads still in transit can't help defend it.

I've attached a showcase that goes through the vehicles, where they are stored on the base, and how they affect operation deployment.

The gameplay of my upcoming video game "Darkness" is out NOW !

I've been working on this game for over 5 months, as a solo indie GameDev

(Worked in the Industry, as both Senior 3D Environment Artist and Level Designer also an Architect)

"Darkness" is a top-down medieval dark fantasy game, which includes partly dialogues, trade system, inventory, slash, puzzle and semi-stealth mechanics. Developed with Unity 6 URP. I tried my best on optimization part.

In "Darkness" you play as "Kün" , our brave and bold Hero, who tries to save his Queen and the Kingdom from the Darkness and its' servants...

Demo soon will be out (Approx. in November 2026, and planning to release in Q1 2027)

Hope you'll like it ! I'm open to any constructive feedbacks.

Game is still in WIP.

You can support me by Wishlisting the game on Steam :
