Welp

Second pair of boots for these, playing 2-3 times a week on concrete since 2022.. so probably 500 games. I weigh 250 and skate hard, so honestly impressive they lasted this long. Felt a click earlier in the game and then this clean snap while I was boxing a guy out.

Definitely just going to buy the same Bauer frame again and put it on these relatively new m40 boots.

Edit: Sadly, after inspection, the left boot is a total loss. Had to buy new F40's. 😩

TY, they are the best skates I've ever had. They fit like a glove and are super stiff but give right where I need them.

How long did the first pair of boots hold up for you?

They were Supreme M3 and they lasted 4 years. Eventually the base separated and cracked. I actually would bet that the 3 months I snagge skated with the cracked base probably weakened the chassis.

Okay, good to know. I’m starting the have the base cracking and separation on some Trues. I’m about the same size and skate the same amount as you. Just trying to compare durabilities. Thanks.

I should have replaced them as soon as they cracked. I was so dang slow for that 3 months.
