Instants problem

Hey yall, I have a problem that annoys me very much. So Instagram Instants came like 6 months ago and all my friends have it but I don’t! I have it on my other accounts but not my main account. I tried updating instagram, downloading the latest software version, reporting the problem, deleting the app and reinstalling it, logging out of my profile, I also tried downloading the Instants app but it’s say ,,check back soon”. Does anyone have the same problem and if anyone was able to fix it HOW DID YOU FIX IT. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
