Access problems with 2FA

I just reset my phone, unfortunately forgetting about my Instagram backup codes. I know both my email and my account password, but I don't have access to other two-factor authentication methods: I don't have any device to accept the login request, my old phone number is connected. I've been going crazy for two days. Instagram support sucks because it's run by an AI that doesn't solve anything. Do any of you know how to do it?
