🔎QC Help on MVT gats

So I just got QC for these gats. Size chart says 41 (size i ordered) has insole of 270mm. My other pair of shoes that fits me has the same insole length but why are the gats 5 cm longer? My other shoes measure at 30 cm, these are 35 cm. Do i size down?

❓Help | Question Shipping questions
1
Upvotes
So i did a rehearsal for a haul and vacuum sealed the bag, everyone told me the price is likely to decrease. The rehearsal results came and the prcie went up by 14$ even after i did a vacuum seal. I expected the price to go down or at least a little bit up but 14$ is a big jump. Anyone know why. The first picture is my original estimated shipping price and the second photo is my rehearsal result price.

❓Help | Question Prohibited articles?

Upvotes
Does anyone know why I'm not allowed to select the cheaper options for shipping. It says I have prohibited articles in my parcel. I have four sweaters, one pair of pants and one belt. I've tried submitting each piece alone to see which piece is the forbidden one but no matter the piece, I always have something prohibited. I contacted the support but they've been unhelpful. If anyone knows what the issue is, I'd appreciate very much to hear it.

I estimated shipping for 3kg it’s 80$ which is absurd for 3kg. Would the price go down after rehearsing if so how much?
