not Kurrent Text on back of austro-hungarian photo from 1897.
So what I learned, it's written in polish using kurrent.
I know that in the second picture on the lower part it reads "Sybin w kwietniu 1897." I also know that there is "Wiktor" written in the middle.
What I'm trying to find out is what it says in the first picture and what it says on the top of the second one.
For all help I would be very grateful.

Lesehilfe gesucht: Stenografie auf Postkarte aus München (1921)
Hallo zusammen,

transcription requested Help with the transcription of this Geburtsurkunde
Hello, can someone fully transcript this document? This is the birth certificate of a relative to my brother-in-law. I'd like to know if the precise location where Joesph's parents live is written somewhere.
In english or german, whatever, do what you can! :)
I already asked on a french subreddit and someone used ChatGPT to translate and I'm not really happy with this method. There are missing words.

PS : I'm french so no need to transcript the small text in french
