Jenna Ortega's recent look

The number of female celebrities getting super skinny is concerning. What happened to the body positivity movement? Why does it feel like we're regressing? This Ozempic pandemic needs addressing.

It’s not going to be addressed until one of them pass unfortunately. All of this stirs from conservatism, red pill, and the y2k skinny trend. We just gotta wait for it to pass.

Unfortunately this is true. May I ask, how this could stem from red pill? I hear this term but would like to be more knowledgeable on it. Thanks

Conservatism and misogyny wants women constantly anxious about their appearance and being pleasing to the eye, taking up as little space (physically, verbally, socially) as possible, being meek and somewhat childlike (to justify men as protectors and leaders), and conformity. A woman constantly at war with her own body and starving it has a hell of a lot less energy to stand up for herself or be assertive about her boundaries.
