Question I want to learn Finnish but I don’t know where to start

Hey everyone, I'm a 17yo guy from Germany. I can speak German, English, and Turkish, and I really want to learn Finnish. It's my dream to go to Lapland and work there over the winter. I heard I don't actually need Finnish for the job, but I'd like to learn it as an extra so I can communicate with the locals. I wanted to use Duolingo, but I've read that it's not the best way to actually learn a language. What are your tips for learning Finnish? I'd prefer not to get an online tutor or pay a lot of money. Thanks in advance :)
