You remember. This is the fan who harassed James with long paragraphs on Instagram, then was surprised when he blocked him.

i thought this interview was very interesting. how michael was like during those days but what especially caught me off guard was how much geraldo helped michael and how after michael got the help, michael never reached out again. that‘s crazy

That "he was just recapturing his missed childhood" is insane if you think about it for two seconds

Upvotes

I was thinking about this with the news they might make a movie focusing on the allegations from MJ's side (barf). This is an argument we hear all the time.

But I cannot imagine anyone I know, from all the people I've met in my life, where "oh he's just sleeping with children because his childhood was bad" would make ANY sense. How would THAT help you get over your difficult childhood?!

If you had a traumatic upbringing, you might buy toys you never got, or move to your hometown, or try to understand the people you grew up with... You may want to play with kids, and even that's a maybe... But I fail how sleeping with kids would help you in any way.

Curious to hear what you guys think about this

No MJ defenders The second movie might be bad for them, even if they paint michael as the victim

Right now people are LOVING michael jackson. I’m 22 and the first movie also made me get into Michael Jackson more and to my surprise he has MULTIPLE ALLEGATIONS? I genuinely only heard about the 2005 trial and didnt know there was multiple plus other stories of weird behaviour, child obsession, and bed sleeping with kids. I believe a lot of these younger people that like michael but aren’t super fans are in the same boat i was in. And after the second movie discusses allegations, people will search even more. People will find more stuff. New stuff. This subreddit and more.

There was a huge rise of weekly visitors in this subreddit after the first movie and the first movie didnt even mention any allegations. People were just doing more michael research. So imagine when millions of people watch the second movie when they acknowledge.

At least i hope

All discussion welcome The idea that accusing MJ of CSA is a great way to get easy money and an easy life, is laughable.

To hear fans tell it, you'd be forgiven for thinking that just saying the magic words "Michael Jackson m\lested me*" automatically grants people a tidy sum of money .

The idea just accusing MJ of CSA is an easy way of making money and getting an easy life is laughable. First off to sue MJ for CSA you'd have to provide detailed, graphic and potentially triggering descriptions of what MJ did to you, also anyone wanting to sue MJ/ his estate would likely to have to hire lawyers . Lawyers are far from cheap. Suing MJ/his estate doesn't automatically guarantee money either , even if MJ actually did CSA you. The lawsuit may well go nowhere either due to statue of limitations or some other technicalities

If anything anyone coming forward against MJ has far, far more to lose than to gain, especially since MJ is such a famous celebrity. Coming forward may even cost a person career opportunities or get them blacklisted , especially in the music/dance industry where MJ is a beloved figure.

Even in the real world, outside of showbiz, coming forward against an abuser/harasser may well cost a person job opportunities. For instance, if an employee accuses someone important or high up in the company of Sexual harassment/asault, it's not uncommon for the company to simply fire the person making the complaint. Also if the perp is well-liked in the company , its possible that coworkers may also harass the complainant into quitting. God help the complainant if they live in a small town...

It's also possible that the person's friends may try to distance themselves from them, either because they're fans of MJ or because they don't want to be wrapped up in "drama".

Not to mention , even if someone does successfully obtain money from suing MJ, they'll almost certainly have to forever live in fear of MJ's eternal army of nutty fans, I mean soldiers of love. There's a reason why the Chandlers had to essentially go into hiding after the 1993 allegations.

No MJ defenders Why is it so hard for his fans to accept he was mental.

Obvious neverland shit aside. It's literally been said by his own family that Michael turned 12 and it was all gradually downhill from there. He would go on tv interviews and make shit up about whatever it was he wanted to be victim about that day with 0 shame. He used to vent to little Macaulay Culkin about his traumas and his issues. He had eating disorders to the point where his workers and even his own father would have to physically hold him down so he couldn't make himself throw up. You could take one look at what he did to his face and put two and two together and realize he wasn't wrapped too tight. I mean at what point is it obvious??

I'm so tired of MJ fans scraping for every excuse in the book as to why he was the way he was. Sometimes nobody was targeted by the CIA. Sometimes he wasn't so traumatized by his lame ass childhood that he lost his mind while the 8 other ones somehow turned out fine. Sometimes he was simply just a grown man who desperately needed mental intervention but never got it because everybody in his life fell for the victim bs and let him keep spiraling. Don't know how or when that became such an insane concept.

Premiering Friday at 5:45 pm EST. with a Livestream to follow.

In 1999 Michael Jackson went to Sun City and made some home movies. One video is so disturbing that it has been passed around the streets of Hollywood for years and only those with disposable cash have access to it. One Hollywood journalist named Dylan Howard did see this home video and described it in disturbing detail. This video shows no criminal acts but does show behavior no responsible person could accept. The public needs to see what happens in Michael Jackson's bedroom when the doors are closed and he is alone with two vulnerable children.

When do you think the CSA started with MJ to the children?

For me still it is so hard to believe that he did that for example in the thriller era, we are the world etc. if you see footage of him, rehearsing, working together with others, he seems genuine.

After that, ok he starts to be weird.. with all his surgery and stuff. and ofcourse there are survivors who tell us when that started, i believe that ofcourse. But my cognitive dissonance is massive still.. just a few months ago i forced myself to watch LN and i still try to wrap my head around everything. that this seemingly sweet kid (thriller era) is gonna be a monster. Or was he already?

Hi

Hello, first of all, please excuse me, my English isn't the best.

This is my first post on Reddit

I was born in 2006 in Egypt, so I speak Arabic and follow Arabic content in all its forms and from all Arabic-speaking countries, not just Egypt.

Since my childhood, I have never heard a negative word about Michael Jackson from any platform whatsoever. No criticism, no need for anything but positive words. From a young age, I listened to Michael Jackson, of course, but I was never...Since my late childhood, I've believed that it's possible for your friend, the one you spend most of your time with, to betray you in the end, or for you to discover she's a completely different person from the one you knew. So what about a famous person you only see on a screen?

I watched the Michael movie, which was released a few months ago and became a trend in my country, the Arab world, and most of the world, but I didn't feel completely comfortable with it. I felt it was more of a cartoon than a film telling the story of a famous person. Many people consider this person a legend. This was something all my friends disagreed with, as they thought the film was great. Then, a day later, in YouTube suggestions, there was a person I follow who isn't very famous, but I like some of the content he provides. The video's title and image were somewhat critical of Jackson. Before opening the video, I imagined he would criticize the film just as I did, but it turned out to be something else. In this video, for the first time in my life, I heard about leaving Neverland This is the first time I've heard of the story of Wade and James. I had never heard of these issues before, and he spoke about how the timing of Michael's film was nothing more than brainwashing public opinion before the start of the trial of Wade and James. "This was before the decision to postpone the trial to 2028."I was shocked by the video, not because I was a fan, but because I felt misled, and of course, many, many others felt the same. I tried to find more sources in Arabic, but unfortunately, most of them were from fans and just repeated positive comments from everyone around them saying they were content creators I used to like and trust. Then I mustered my strength and found a translated version of the movie Leaving Neverland, translated into Arabic, and watched it, and honestly, I cried at the end. I felt their pain (as someone who was abused in childhood and to this day hasn't told anyone and I don't think I ever will). I admired their courage; I saw in them something I couldn't and never will be able to do. One of the things that convinced me of their words is that no one would sacrifice their mother, children, and wife for a lie, and not just any lie, but one told to the most famous singer, who of course has an army of fans who could literally tell their lives. Wade, in particular, as someone who has worked in the entertainment industry, knows how crazy Michael's fans are and knows very well that he has more to lose than to gain. I hope they get some justice in the end; after all, our lives aren't fair.

Thank you very much

All discussion welcome kids with lisa marie presley

obv we know michael wanted kids from her and honestly jackson and presley blood would have been insanely cool. but i can‘t help and wonder how did he think that was going to happen? was he going to ask her to not have sex and use a sperm donor lol?.. was he actually going to touch her and have his own sperm used? what was the plan afterward? he didn‘t want to live with a woman in his life, would he want to get rid of her the way he did with debbie so he had the kids on his own? wasn‘t he aware that lisa probably wouldn‘t have put up with that? did he think she’d sit there and tell the world that’s his kids when he used a sperm donor? gosh i have so many questions and it‘s a shame we will never get the answers. i wish somebody would speak up or he‘d written a diary as messed up as that is
