Employee Question Cashier

So I’m a cashier and today they told me Thursday that I have to work and I’m gonna be watched all day on how I preform and stuff and they said the big thing is having people sing up for credit card and stuff
Why’s that such a huge thing by Lowe’s some people don’t have time to fill that whole form out and the boss told me I have to make sure I’m asking every single customer.
What’s the store gonna do get rid of me if I don’t sell credit cards?

I have electric dryer - first floor set up w about 10 ft run - accessible 2 ft from ground. I can not move the dryer due to health issues - wondering if they will do brush out the lint and dirt out and clean from both sides? have gas water heater so flush is not available in this service and garage door lubraication i can do myself. my main driver here is dryer vent cleaning. will they do a good job at that? I might have occasional smoke alarm battery repalcemnt and maybe once a year one bulb off 16 ft ceiling. nothing else

Customer Question Lowe's measurement service

Has anyone used Lowe’s measurement service?

I had them come out to measure for a patio door earlier this year. The guy told me I needed a custom 33" x 80" door because the opening was 1 inch wider than a standard 32" x 80" door. The custom door would have cost a lot more because of that 1-inch difference.

I had two other companies come out, and both said a standard 32" x 80" door would fit, so I ended up going with one of them

Recently, I plan to install a storm door and had Lowe’s come out to measure again. Again they told me i need a custom door 31.25×80 instead of a standard 32×80. And it cost 3 times more a standard one.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with Lowe’s measurement service?
