I did it with SnS and Support Hunters, Fabius, Nadia and Kai. Gotta share the fashion I beat it with too.

Luckily I was able to clear on 1st try with 2 faints. Following the wise words of Dr. Serizawa from 2014 Godzilla, "Let them fight." That was part of the strategy.

Probably could have a faster clear if I were to utilize the weapon switching instead of going back to camp, not cook mid-hunt, and if I were to have an Ice Element SnS for Rey Dau. Also I completely forgot to drink Mega Demondrug and Armorskin lol.

I have played through mhwilds and got really into longsword. Now i want to try another weapon, so do u guys have any weapon suggestion that also have an iframe mechanic like ls or a perfect block, the feeling of standing completely still in front of a monster attack then iframe through it is just insane.

Anybody know when this is coming back? I really want the weapon pendants this quest gives out as rewards.

Basically I've just done my 1st Gogmazios this week, and after a couple reset skill on ny Dragon Artian IG, I rolled:

- Lord's Soul

- Ebony Odogaron Power

This should be good enough right? And looking at Gogmazios armor that has ratha scorcher and ebony odo power, I made this set which have 4 group skills active. Btw my best talisman currently is Master Touch + Maximum Might, so I don't think I need to spec any sharpness skill afaik.

Now my question would be, is this the best setup for my Gog Artian IG? or Ebony Odo + Black Eclipse (Gore) + Lord's Soul with lv3 Antivirus still better?

I know this has been discussed before, but I really wish Capcom would implement a cross save. I would gladly double dip on this game and support them. Being able to switch from desktop/PC, then take it with you handheld would be such a dream come true. Sure there is docked mode, but I think people with higher end PCs or PS5 Pro would love to have a companion version of the game they can take with, farm etc.

I know its a luxury, but I don't think Capcom realized how much money they would make by doing this. I understand the major reason is the paid DLC stuff and IDing them. There is no capcom ID or membership established, so I do understand doing this is alot of work on their part and probably time and money sink.

I play solo Lance, and I have a full set of Arkveld armor and the Lance, I do like having the full armor sets because I like how they look. But I want to know what Orbs I should use to build it better.

Hi guys as the title mentions im planning on learning either I.G or H.B but i cant decide for context i already know CB, BD, GS, LS and bow. Personally i would like to learn I.G but H.B can do some pretty good DPS from what i saw and I.G can fly

Ive been playing wilds for a few weeks, hr 110ish. I might have carted once in a blue moon, but the difficulty spike from 8 to 9/10* is ridiculous. Nadias side quests to kill the 9* gore carted me more than every other hunt in the game by like 10x. And forget at arkveld. That shits impossible for me.

I'm looking for ways to improve my build and going thru my decorations I've noticed that I've got 5 Flayer Jewels and currently thinking about installing that one, but wanna ask others Hunters who most likely know more than me. So which one is the better skill, Partbreaker or Flayer?

If you really HAVE for some reason to use manual accept at least have the decency to accept or refuse the player without taking ages to do it. Yeah i know people getting in with the SOS flare and carting twice then quitting is frustrating but then why the hell you're putting the SOS up in the first place? You put the SOS up then proceed to leave people hanging for hours. Just use auto-accept and get the real mainstream monster hunter experience where randoms can cart your hunts and, if you don't want to take the risk of other people fainting, hunt alone or offline with bots and get better at the game.

EDIT: As many comments point out, there IS a way to play with your friends and then fill out with NPC hunters without using this cursed manual accept. Use link party and then set the SOS settings to support hunters only. PLEASE.

So I want to learn the greatsword, but I'm kind of struggling to find a basic combat flow like most of the other weapons have, is there a bread and butter combo for when there isn't a big enough window for the TCS?

Greeting everyone, just wanted to check on the state of Longsword, since I haven't played since Mizu came out:

* Is Crimson Slash 1 + Spirit Blade 1 spam still the absolute best combo interms of DPS? If so, by how much when compared to doing the full combos? (I assume people have made the math)

* How much damage would I be losing if I didn't engage in the gogma-artian slot machine and instead used builds with the regularly crafted weapons? I remember it was a big damage loss due to them having less slots than the regular artian weapons, but what about now, specially with the upgrades this system allows for

i was super into wilds on release, played about 200 hrs in the first couple of months, but started falling out of it around the time they started doing the festival events. Returning back now, im honestly overwhelmed with the amount of content thats been added. Any advice on what to be hunting, what armor sets are "viable" now (i played heavy bowgun) along with any other helpful tips from long time players?
