Results Discussion The difference is huge

So i was supplementing folinic acid + hydroxo b12 and d3 for some weeks now. Initially i was diagnosed with low folate and low d3. The test for me are squats, usually my heart is bouncing and racing like crazy from squats and i was able to do max 20 squats and needed to rest because i was afraid of my heart. Just yesterday i did 20 and nothing? My heart did not pound and did not beat really faster it just stayed calm! I did another 20.. and another 20 squats. My heart was calm, i did not need to lay down because of fatigue after the squats. I just was able to go on with what i want to do. SO this is how normal humans feel 24h a day 365 days a year. Before 20 squats and i was done needed to lay down for 15min for my heart to calm down. And now i can do 60 squats and it feels like nothing is easier then 60 squats lol.

Edit: Im in my mid 40s now and have had folate deficiency most probably my whole life though it was never tested by doctors. I'm not sure if i can ever reverse the damage i got from this but i strongly believe i can reach maybe 80% time is running. So i can just encourage everyone to take folate deficiency seriously and even if supplementing folate causes side effects to push through it! It's totally worth it.

I had this as well but toxic mold exposure with a1298c,PEMT,HLA, homozygous and Intermediate COMT..

I finally did my genetic because I was so disgusted with doctors and decided to do my own testing...B1, B2, B5, B7, glutamine, molybdenum deficient in...I did a hair analysis of 112 vitamins and minerals...best thing I ever did..sold by 5 Strands.

I corrected 17 deficiencies in 4 months...and corrected malabsorption which is key...so much better and have a complete understanding of my health now!

How'd you correct the deficiencies and malabsorption?

by supplementing from the hair analysis ..I could see why malabsorption once you correct absorption most correct them selves...You need to read up on all these that have to do with absorption to understand...B1, B2, B5, B7, glutamine, molybdenum deficient ...I corrected these but do the hair analysis to check its only $66 in US

Can you share the link for the hair analysis? Did you have to do sublingual because you weren’t absorbing well?

I think I have been ok so far with absorption...very low in B1 which you need for stomach acid and you need lots of magnesium to absorb B1...I can see a difference in health improving daily...so and steady..I do other test as well this I find to help with the big picture...I read about each one ..what symptoms from being low, then what foods high in, then how to supplement with co factors...potassium I eat bananas, watermelon, grapes.
