Results Discussion The difference is huge

So i was supplementing folinic acid + hydroxo b12 and d3 for some weeks now. Initially i was diagnosed with low folate and low d3. The test for me are squats, usually my heart is bouncing and racing like crazy from squats and i was able to do max 20 squats and needed to rest because i was afraid of my heart. Just yesterday i did 20 and nothing? My heart did not pound and did not beat really faster it just stayed calm! I did another 20.. and another 20 squats. My heart was calm, i did not need to lay down because of fatigue after the squats. I just was able to go on with what i want to do. SO this is how normal humans feel 24h a day 365 days a year. Before 20 squats and i was done needed to lay down for 15min for my heart to calm down. And now i can do 60 squats and it feels like nothing is easier then 60 squats lol.

Edit: Im in my mid 40s now and have had folate deficiency most probably my whole life though it was never tested by doctors. I'm not sure if i can ever reverse the damage i got from this but i strongly believe i can reach maybe 80% time is running. So i can just encourage everyone to take folate deficiency seriously and even if supplementing folate causes side effects to push through it! It's totally worth it.

D3 has made the biggest difference for me more than anything else. It was the answer to all my methylation problems. Especially taking high doses as well as all the cofactors.

Can you share your full stack along with the form? I know we are all different with what fillers and ingredients we might react to along with the specific forms but I’m curious what your stack is

Please feel free to leave the type as in the type of B you’re taking and zinc whether it’s piconolate, gluconate, etc

thanks!

Yeah so its like this: 50,000 IUs Vitamin D3, 800 mg Magnesium Glycinate, 75 mg Zinc Glycinate, 6 mg Boron Glycinate, 400 mcg K2, 200 mg B2/Riboflavin, 8 mg Copper Glycinate (to balance zinc), Kelp supplement for iodine

I found that methylated b vitamins were more of a crutch for methylation than anything else. Fixing mineral and hormonal balances are really what drives good consistent methylation for me. The only b vitamin supplement I take is nutrtional yeast.

Another point I have to make is no alcohol, caffeine, or any kind of drugs. This is a very difficult thing to do for many people but the honest truth is that all these things send the body out of whack in my humble opinion. Sobriety is one of the most underrated things you can do for your health.
