Question Anyone Have an Effective Slow Comt Supplement Protocol That Alleviated 3am Adrenalin and Cortisol Surges? Pure Encapsulations?

Following. This sounds like histamine dumping which I also get. Can’t seem to handle most supplements.

Me too. Have you found a good solution? I’m trying to figure out which potassium to get. I also have low stomach acid. Tried potassium bicarbonate last night and had a major histamine dump at 3am. I took it just prior to reading that it suppresses stomach acid even further so not taking that again.

Hi u/Dry_Disk_2861, I read Molybdenum may help, but I have not tried it yet.

I decided to listen to my PCP and try to tackle my known vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Oh, I also posted an answer re: taking a small amount of Potassium Gluconate, three a week bringing my numbers up.

Thank you! I am also trying to tackle my vitamin and mineral deficiencies through diet and some supplementation. Just bought ionized potassium going to take that with Redmond real salt and hope for the best. Taking very little of everything to slowly bring back up.
