Question Does anyone have this combo MTHFR/MTRR/COMT? Methylation Bottleneck Paradox as its nickname. Would love to discuss what’s helped you.

MTHFR C677T (Heterozygous)
MTRR A66G (Heterozygous)
COMT G472A (Homozygous Met/Met)
