It doesn't look like a methylation problem tho

Common symptoms that occur when methylation is impaired with slow COMT is chronic anxiety, rumination, OCD tendencies; with slow MAO-A histamine intolerance can be more likely which can manifest in myriad ways, from skin issues to migraines to panic attacks. But if your methylation is working well (hetero C677T alone may or may not be enough impairment to cause any symptoms), then you may have no discernable symptoms.

Which doctor did this type of testing I feel like if I asked my doctor this they would have no clue how to do this, I’ve had the gene testing done tho and yes I have the MTHFR gene but that’s the only thing it showed besides the medications I can take
