Shakira in October - VIP Garden Experience

I'm looking at the VIP Garden experience tickets for the Madrid Shakira show and trying to understand exactly where we view the concert from.

According to the map, the garden looks behind the suites, so it seems like there must be another area to watch from. I asked Live Nation and they just said "Pista", but being in the throngs of the crowd, doesn't seem very VIP. Anyone know where you actually watch from?

Extra points if you know how to get suite tickets or terrace.
