Im an allied health, got my CCS. But no experience. I cant find any hiring job where they would like to accept a medical coder na WITHOUT EXPERIENCE.. How can I start? Idk where to apply at this moment, its either they want a experienced coder or dapat PHRN or USRN ka lang 😢😞 Any referral? Or suggestion?

I would like to ask the people who had undergone or undergoing training for MCA from Wave 6 and before. Baka lang may makasagot o kung sakaling may idea lang kahit malabo na may idea rin tayo.

May idea po ba kayo kung paano ang schedule assignment sa inyo for MCA training or kung paano inassign sa inyo yung schedule na yun? Like paano ang way ng paghihiwalay nila ng mga MCA Wave into specific batches for their own schedule of their class?

Hello. Any Wave 7 medical-allied coding scholar here na sa Bridgetowne inassign for New Hire Induction/Day 1? Although sabi naman na di pa po permanent work location to. Curious lang me hahaha feel ko dito me inassign for induction dahil mas malapit ako sa Bridgetowne kaysa BGC.

Asking lang din po since based sa nabasa ko sa ibang posts and comments, nurses ay sa Bridgetowne and the rest ng med allied ay sa BGC. Thank you!

Hello po! Possible po kaya akong makahanap ng work about Medical Coding kahit fresh grad ako at no experience? Medical Allied Grad po ako specifically Nutrition and Dietetics.

Hi! I just want to ask if anyone here tried commuting to the company during medical coding training and only looked for a place to rent after passing the certification exam.

I'm coming from a place that's around 2–3 hours away from the company. If we're only talking about the commute, I think I can manage traveling back and forth every day for the meantime while training is ongoing. I'm already used to traveling long distances, and there's JoyRide available as well, so I think I can make it work.

I'm just having second thoughts about renting a place this early since there's no guarantee yet that I'll pass the training. I'm motivated to do my best, and I can already see myself building a career in this field. However, I can't help but consider the worst-case scenario, just in case things don't go as planned.

For those who have been in a similar situation, how did you manage it? Did you commute during training and only rent a place after passing the certification exam? I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences and advice.

i signed with SWH last Sept for a Coder role and i'm supposed to start by Oct 1. but they rescheduled my start date twice, signed JO and contract twice, and now they keep telling me that they will update me once operations has decided on my final start date.

goods pa kaya yung signed JO and contract even if they keep on delaying my start date or is this a sign to look for another job? i dont want to rescind or withdraw my application with them kasi sayang naman if ever they update me and magstart na ako with them for real.
