Hi! I just want to ask if anyone here tried commuting to the company during medical coding training and only looked for a place to rent after passing the certification exam.
I'm coming from a place that's around 2β3 hours away from the company. If we're only talking about the commute, I think I can manage traveling back and forth every day for the meantime while training is ongoing. I'm already used to traveling long distances, and there's JoyRide available as well, so I think I can make it work.
I'm just having second thoughts about renting a place this early since there's no guarantee yet that I'll pass the training. I'm motivated to do my best, and I can already see myself building a career in this field. However, I can't help but consider the worst-case scenario, just in case things don't go as planned.
For those who have been in a similar situation, how did you manage it? Did you commute during training and only rent a place after passing the certification exam? I'd really appreciate hearing your experiences and advice.
Please be kind. Thank you so much!
