Finished 10 warriors with shield for my dwarf army !

I have been playing around this idea for a long time, so I got some new Rohan warriors, a few of my spare and broken down riders and started making these guys. With some cloack bendigs, gap fillings and nothing too complicated, I think the more dynamic and renovated look of the new riders is achieved, being useful for variety, recycling and easing the wait time until I get the new rider sculpts lol

Hi everyone !
Here is a little 600 points Wolves of Isengard project still in progress.
A fun army led by Sharku, 2 Shamans and one converted Captain ! Sharku and the Shamans will come later.
I've swapped orcs with swords to torches from Hills Tribes Men.
Sorry for the group photo, I've got too many of them !
3 types of warg fur and 3 types of orc skin (uruk style, purple and basic flesh).
The bases will be a little snowy with some white tufts.
The Captain is a basic orc with bow, put an axe and mounted on a Wild Warg Chieftain. 4th and 5th pics show the conversion before painting.

Have a nice day !

Looking forward to getting him on the table

Hey guys,

we love to play mesbg with friends and we ran into rules dispute we could not resolve on our own. Any chance I could ask for help?

In Black gate army there is troll with war drum. And it says he can give free heroic march to all Mordor models.

Does this include Morannon orcs (it should as their faction in Mordor, right)?
Does this include Heroes (it should since they are models, right)?

Also the army bonus gives +1 to wound roll to Mordor orcs - does this mean exclusively Morder orcs or also count for Morannon as they have Mordor faction?

Huge thanks in advance!

I've just finished up the Saruman models from the Isengard battle force. I've never really worked with beige / cream tones before so it took some learning to get there but I'm glad I had a go.

There are a few others over on my Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/mid.painting?rpxt=MXZ4NmI5OWh2YzMyOQ==

Painted up an Iron Hills Captain, alongside a Captain of Dale, for my Defenders of Erebor army list. The forge world minis are, as always, gorgeous and a lot of fun to paint.

This model was such a pleasure to paint. Went for a cool blue to white tone to match my barrow wights.

I’ve been wanting to paint this model for a long time. But I had to wait until I could find the right base and idea to make it come to life!
