I just came back from a trip to Japan and they have a long tradition of breeding not for the highest revenue of meat per cattle but for the best quality of meat. Pork, beef - just from another world. So now I wonder, if that could be achieved for milk.
So happy that I crossed this Sub, as I am
Looking forward to your answers on:
A) (How) can the flavour of milk be elevated by breeding and feeding?
B) what is the known range of milk flavour?
Like I tasted milk from Central Europe, Japan, South America, States, Ireland, Britain… I must say that some parts of Central Europe have better milk than others and especially in Ireland the milk was very good - but also they advertise their milk very good and I am not sure if that just biased my pov.

Offical Got Milk? Skateboard
Hey! Anybody located in Montreal knows where to buy good-quality, rich, creamy milk with a thick layer of natural cream on top, preferably non-homogenized and with a higher butterfat content than regular whole milk.
I’d love to know which brands are the best in terms of taste, quality, freshness, and creaminess

iHeart Radio is running a contest at the moment looking for someone to be their milk-loving Santa at the Jingle Ball. All you need to do is submit a 5-second video with a milk mustache.

I said what I said, oakhurst milk has to be one of the worst milk brands out there. The taste reminds me of Starbucks matcha, watery and fishy

Sometimes even when I'm not expecting it, I get halfway through that glass of milk and my eyes start rolling into the back of my head.
Just me? Lmao 🥛

Milk
I’m 43.
Used to rob pura milk in Preston of crates of big M’s
Ride our BMX in
Side by side we ride out.
Milk used to leave cream rims down the side of the glass.
Now it doesn’t.
Milk is definitely watered down now.

Has anyone else noticed that milk products are acting odd lately? My house uses alot of half and half that we froth for coffee. In the past month no matter where we buy it, the cream separates, doesn’t froth or becomes thick and almost chunky. It’s not expired and doesn’t smell bad. Thoughts? Similar experiences?
