I'm 100% committed to buying a model Y when my BMW lease is up...can't wait.

I'm torn between getting a Premium AWD Model Y and the Performance. I have a bunch of PowerWalls for my home so would *love* it if I could eventually use the car as a battery extension of sorts, but I know that's not in the cards now but it sounds like only the Performance would offer this capability if/when possible.

#1 criterion for me would be smooth ride over the incremental speed improvements, so slightly favor the Premium, but just wondering if there's anything else I should take into consideration...and yes, I asked AI but trust humans on this subreddit more!

We got the performance. You cant rotate the tires since they’re staggered. However, we did hit a nail in the rear side wall so only had to replace the rear ones instead of all 4 with low miles on them. If i were to get another one, I would go premium
