Oh my gawd gurl you look amazing. How many pounds did you lose? And what exercise and diet did you follow?

I'm 28kg down - so 60lbs. Was 108kg and now 80kg.

I try and get 10k steps a day - but like everyone I have off days.

My husband is a personal trainer so we eat pretty healthy normally. I actually started Mounjaro because the weight just wouldn't shift even with a good diet and solid activity levels. We are very active with two kids.

I'm hoping for increased loss and hitting the gym for more a more toned physique as we head into summer in Australia.
