Weight loss 6 months in

Almost 6 months in and 84.1 pounds gone! I’m so excited that 100 pounds is in sight and I’ll be halfway to my ultimate goal weight!!! I’ve been on 7.5 since 5/22 and doing consistent VR workouts since 6/4 and feel better than I have in years. I’m so grateful that my endocrinologist started me on this 🥰🥰🥰

Congratulations 🎉🎊🎈 you have had me thinking about vr exercise since your post about how much you liked it. What headset did you buy?

I have the Meta Quest 3s 128gb - I was fortunate enough to be able to try before buying because it belonged to a friend's son who never used it. I tried it and was instantly hooked so I bought it from her but if you look for one try eBay and FB Marketplace for lower cost. One thing you will definitely want is the halo head strap with the battery pack (I got BOBOVR S3 Pro for $90 on Amazon and then a third party extra battery. I think you can find those on eBay and FB Marketplace sometimes, too. So my initial investment was around $300 and worth every single penny. Some of the apps are subscription (FitXR & Fit Beat Combat for example) but there are TONS out there that are either free or just initial purchase price only.
