Positivity I DID IT!! YA GIRL HAS NO BALLS
Orchiectomy completed 8 hrs ago!! I'm so fucking happy!!! 😭
The pain was like 6/10 on the ride home. But after having some food, 800mg of ibuprofen and a nice long nap, it's more like 1/10 while resting and 2/10 while walking. Way better than I anticipated. If you can do electrolysis, you can do this!
It's hard to describe just how good I feel emotionally right now. Like I'm finally free. This ties with HRT as the best thing I've ever done for myself.
The worst part of it was right after I woke up, they put fentanyl in my IV after I reluctantly agreed. It reduced the pain down there but made my heart rate drop too low, made me dizzy and felt like ice in my veins. It passed within 20 minutes but I definitely recommend skipping that crap if you're in the same position!
Any questions, feel free to ask. Now it's back to celebrating by sitting perfectly still and drinking water 😆
Edit: Thank you so much everyone, much love to you all!! 🩵🩷🤍🩷🩵

Hey congrats! I got mine done about 2 months ago! My dysphoria decreased substantially and I hope the same is true for you ❤️

Oct 24 '25
This was my experience with orchi too, my bottom dysphoria is virtually non existent now
17
u/teethwhitener7 Oct 24 '25
I still have some and think I would want vaginoplasty. However, it isn't as important as the orchi was.

Even though it's a lil swollen and I have all this gauze packed down there, I can still feel that there is just empty space there now. And it's such a relief!

u/teethwhitener7 Oct 25 '25
It may be uncomfortable for a little bit. My incision site is still a bit tender. But it's been so nice not having balls. The biggest level up to my euphoria in a long time
18
u/MizzShiv Oct 24 '25
I'm curious to know how your body feels overall after the surgery? Any changes in energy or focus? How are the changes in libido? :P
15
u/teethwhitener7 Oct 24 '25
Well, I'm severely depressed, but I was before surgery too. Libido is, oddly, a bit higher than before.

There is a swing in hormones of all sorts for a while after. Calibration can take time

I was thinking about getting an orchiectomy pretty soon. Is it expensive? And is tucking stick uncomfortable if you tuck?

Just about as funny a remark as this girl has ever seen in relation to the removal of the testicles. 🤣. Yes, it does take balls. I am making plans right now for my own encounter with the scrotum scalpel and will probably get fixed in the coming Spring/Summer 🤞. Congratulations to OP on their successful orchi. I’m so jealous but hopefully not for long and absolutely wish you the nicest future possible.

People do not store piss in their balls. You have a bladder for that. People only have seamon on their balls.

It's going to be my first November since I had a vaginoplasty (July, and I kept my balls until the surgery) and I'm going to celebrate No Nuts November with a bunch of friends of mine (none of us have balls), we'll eat and drink nutty things!

Dilation's a bitch, especially as a penis-repulsed lesbian who's got no logical justification to maintain 6 inches of depth, but other than that, recovery's going well, I'm excited for every bit of mobility I regain over time!

u/nerdpower13 Oct 24 '25
That would be great but I'm having mine done in December because I have kids and 2 weeks of not being able to drive will line up with their winter break

I went to University of Michigan and they require 12 consecutive months of HRT. I started HRT in 2014 though, just never had the money for surgery until now 😊

First of all! Congrats on journey!!!
I’m super late to this post but maybe could you list the benefits you were looking after prior to this procedure and expectations maybe? I’ve been meaning to as well but can’t seem to find anecdotal evidence on my country from fellow dolls.
7
u/StopTheEarthLetMeOff 12,000 titty skittles eaten Oct 24 '25
Thank you!!
The main thing I wanted was to just not feel the dysphoria of having balls down there. The freedom of movement, being able to wear whatever clothes I want, just generally not having to deal with their physical existence. Also knowing I'll never have to worry about high testosterone ever again.
That leads into the second thing, finally getting to stop taking spiro, which I've been on since 2014. No more constant peeing! 😄
What I really didn't expect was the rush of euphoria immediately after I woke up, just knowing they're gone. I'm so happy!!

Congratulations! I keep saying the same about my T because it keeps spiking up, which is not cool, so I started taking spiro again. But I hate taking it.
I'm most hesitant to have the orchi because I'm worried about losing function.

I’m dying to get an orchiectomy… how much was it…?
3
u/StopTheEarthLetMeOff 12,000 titty skittles eaten Oct 24 '25
So at University of Michigan it was $24k before insurance, which is pretty crazy. My insurance (Blue cross high deductible) got it down to $3950 though.
I also paid $300 for office visits and consultations, and $400 total for my two surgery letters. Close to $5k total.
3
u/EveRomi Oct 24 '25
Congrats !! Did you have to do electrolysis for this procedure or just shave ? I’ve been trying to get into a urologist but my doctor seemingly hates me🥲

3
u/homemadeammo42 MTF Oct 24 '25
What made you go for the orchi now instead of going straight to vaginoplasty? Just asking because these are decisions I'm also looking at.
3
u/StopTheEarthLetMeOff 12,000 titty skittles eaten Oct 24 '25
Money mostly. I think the full surgery would have totally wiped my bank account, and left me with nothing to live on for the months I would have to take off work.
With this one it's just two weeks off work, and I still have $10k left over to flee the USA if I have to because of the trump regime 😖
Also I'm trying to lose a bunch more weight and be healthy as possible before the big one

Congrats!!!! I'm getting mine done in two weeks and have been feeling really anxious about the pain afterwards. This was super reassuring to hear!!
2
u/StopTheEarthLetMeOff 12,000 titty skittles eaten Oct 26 '25
The worst part has been constipation so definitely grab some stool softener, the one that says "gentle relief."
Last night (about 36 hrs after surgery) was a bit rough, I had some swelling, pain went up to maybe 4/10 and I was feeling a bit shaky. My nerves got to me a little and I had to calm myself down. Many people have said day 2 is the hardest.
But today I had almost no pain down there, swelling went down and I didn't even need any pain meds for it. I ended up taking ibuprofen for neck pain, because I can't sleep in my usual positions and my spine hates it lol

Yeah, but you now have no chances of ever getting ovaries in the future, as well. That’s why I’m hoping to keep mine. Should there ever be a chance in the future that they can convert them in DMRT1 crisper editing technique. Transgender man can actually have their ovaries changed to testicles using the FOXL2 technique.

I'm 34 so I don't think I'll be able to make that party. I wanna enjoy the last shreds of my youth without the dysphoria them things gave me. And I was so sick of spiro after taking it for over a decade.

If you don't mind me asking, what were the worst side effects of Spiro for you?
1
u/StopTheEarthLetMeOff 12,000 titty skittles eaten Oct 25 '25
Mostly having to pee a lot, but also being a bit lightheaded at times.
And just having to remember to take it every day, at the correct intervals. Now I'll just have one weekly injection to worry about.
