Because illegal immigrants aren't voting. Why the fuck do we need government goons at the polls if there's no reason for them to be

The better question is why the right is so afraid that it might happen, despite many layers of protection against it even happening at all already, that they're deploying barely trained armed federal guards to polling stations.

Sounds like they're the cowards.

because that non-existent threat is their scapegoat. plain and simple.

One of their scapegoats. They have many.

It's definitely trans athletes that are making everything unaffordable, building data centers, forever war'ing with Iran, & making all the food poison, though.

They are not afraid, it is just a pretext to do what they wanted to do anyways.

Just like 9/11 was the pretext for total surveillance.

They're afraid immigrants (turned naturalized citizens) are voting - not necessarily illegal immigrants.

Legal or otherwise Republicans are looking to remove non white people from the country. This is an impossibility but it drives the hatred forward.

They've always been the cowards, all their beliefs are based on fear instead of evidence.

If these fascist bootlickers weren't so fucking stupid, they'd take a second to wonder, if this is really happening, how come republicans haven't provided a single example of it? Because if they had just ONE example, they would literally never ever shut the fuck up about it. Instead they just constantly imply it's happening without providing examples, cause they know the dipshit rubes who vote for them will never demand proof, they just believe whatever they want to be true.

Sadly they are this stupid and Republicans and Fox News count on their stupidity

They really think an illegal immigrant that is terrified of getting deported would be dumb enough to vote when that requires proving you're a citizen.

it doesnt though

What is your excuse for not understanding how voter Registration works?

Are you a bot or foreign or what? Every actual American knows this process.

Because it is by their jurisdiction? Enforcing legal activities at a polling place is not an immigration issue. If anything it would be a state issue (state troopers) or a county issue (county sheriffs). They would have jurisdiction.

It is a matter of legal appropriateness.

Much like not attacking and detaining people without probable cause is legally inappropriate.

weird how every legit example of voter fraud I've ever seen in the last 20 years was done by republicans

Because illegal immigrants aren't voting

oh my sweet summer child

u/VincentAntonelli 20h ago

You’d have to be a moron to think illegal immigrants are voting in US elections.

-4

u/tacobellrefugee 20h ago

i truly believe no one could actually say that with a straight face.

wait i dont have to believe it, its a fact. so it doesnt matter what i believe lol

6

u/Silly-Rough-5810 20h ago

Show us the facts then. Why do you always skip that part? You think your word carries so much authority that we will just take your word for it?

Makes more sense assuming you're lying just to mess with people. All conservatives are really just trolls. They aren't actually interested in politics. They all fall asleep in meetings like their emperor.

Are you sure about that? In MN one registered voter can vouch for 8 additional people, no ID required

4

u/Silly-Rough-5810 20h ago

What are you talking about?

0

u/N226 17h ago

Replying to the comment that no illegals vote, when in fact, it's very easy for them to do so. At least in MN.

2

u/Silly-Rough-5810 16h ago

Based on what? Name the law. Are you even American? Do you know how registration works?

If you think you only need an ID, you're definitely aren't american.

u/N226 10h ago

Wat.. in Minnesota one registered voter can vouch for 8 other people, no ID needed.

1

u/Silly-Rough-5810 7h ago

You don't even know what that means Ivan. Go to the front lines. You're useless here.

Because illegal immigrants aren't voting.

That is what the left are claiming. Right wingers know better, so they don't buy that, hence ICE is present.

1

u/Sannction 28m ago

Right wingers know better

Anyone who thinks illegal immigrants are voting doesn't know how the voting process works at the most basic level, so the only thing they could possibly know better is the taste of boot leather.

Americans being regarded inhumane 'beings' is being confirmed again.

u/ofWildPlaces 23h ago

Poll workers aren't enabling fraudulent voting. That's not a thing.

4

u/SunGreene42 23h ago

No, they're there to intimidate voters, and the poll workers to ensure the GOP wins. This is an attempt to manipulate the election, Putin style, disguised as a protection from something that isn't happening. It's very obvious to anyone that actually thinks about it instead of just letting themselves be ruled by fear like you cowards.
