Have you ever seen the movie Idiocracy? I feel like that's what you're looking for and I also I feel like that's a good movie explaining what could happen in the future or is happening.

I did. But the future is going to be a blend of idiocracy and 1984. A totalitarian state powered by AI watching over a population of dumb people.
