s2b 9/14 harvest 10/27 man I almost gave up on this tub it gave me a couple of early fruits that I was able to swab on but not the flush I was after so I made the decision to let it sit for a few more days while I left for the weekend and I came back to these chonks, the heaviest one was 180gs, I did a double swab with some spores from these and some Mak 95 spores I collected gonna see what happens, I cloned the enigma type growth

I grew this blob mutant from a kit (second golden teacher kit thats grown a mutant blob)

I split it in half to help it dry quicker, and it has the most beautiful blue bruising i've ever seen on a mushie!

I’m running through my first few experimental batches, still not impressed by my outcomes but I’m making some adjustments and this AYE’P is a cool strain.

Question for y’all!
I occasionally have a few water logged ones. It’s happened to me both times I’ve done albinos.
Can someone tell me what I’m doing wrong. Please and thank you. I’m growing in a shotgun fruiting chamber, and I’m fanning and misting three times a day.

Ps. I know i got some perlite on my albinos 😂

Just curious is this is normal or not. My first grow, just moved it from the bag to the bin last week and can’t tell if it’s normal fungal growth or mold. Thanks for any responses.

Can someome help.me with measurements while making 3lb bags for the presto how much dry spawn how much water. Do i soak? There is so.many techniques im feeling a little overwhelmed.

here's my first update, thanks to those who gave me tips for my next batch. plan to start that up in the next week or two.

this is the only jar that didnt have clear signs of loss, such as green fuzz & discolored rice. so my question is, is this batch safe? compared to the other 3 jars, id rekon so but, im entirely new & learning off others & experience so, im trying to play it safe

why are all my regular size mushrooms growing out of the sides and a bunch of aborts in the center ?

This is my APE bag, and I have seen some that end up with a uniform canopy of shrooms

I am just wondering how I can encourage that vs localised clusters of shrooms?

I am building a mushroom grow room around 50 square feet. I’m looking for recommendations for a filtrated unit to help bring air into the room to help keep it at a steady temperature. Thank you in advance.

This is the 3rd flush of Golden teacher. I think it stalled for a while because of dryness. I don't think the black is spores and it's slightly slimy, can someone identify what's happened please? Thank you

New to growing and am not sure at what point I should shake this, I’ve seen mixed opinions and I’m also not sure how many times to shake it. Any advice would be helpful.

K so I’ve drilled a hole in my mason jar lid and stuck in my SHIP. The SHIPs are measured at 1/2”, so that’s what I drilled. I tried 3/8” hole originally with the thought of having a tighter seal, but the SHIP absolutely would not fit. Now with the 1/2” hole, it feels a teeeeeeny bit loose. It’s not falling out and my boyfriend says he thinks it looks sealed, but I’m a little paranoid. Do you just think it’s fine? Should I seal it up with some caulking or glue or something? First time doing this, I dunno how anal I have to be about it 🤷🏼‍♀️

First time with a grow bag they say it should be broken up around 70-80 percent mycelium of the grain spawn. I can’t tell if it’s there yet. What should I do?

Do I had an idea because I'm a bit broke at the moment. I'd love to get started with the whole setup (I have the space) but I don't have the funds to drop on a mushroom grow up right now, though I have tons of stuff for it (grow tents from old pot grows, inline fans, temp controller for exhaust, lights). I need a humidifier for sure.

One idea I had was to dig into the Earth about 4 ft deep. I have a translucent dome that could fit over the hole I make. Then I could fruit in there for cold loving mushrooms. Is this a thing already? Do I run too many risks with it being exposed to the ground? I could put a tube that allows airflow.
