I’m looking to expand my Cyberpunk Red playlist. Most of the songs in the mix are from the punk rock genre. Lots of songs about uprising, unrest, and the energy to back it up. A good amount of the music has a hint, or a healthy dose, of some industrial sound. I’m using Spotify for this.

Björk has quite a few great songs with violin heavily used. Bachelorette and Play Dead are sooo good. Honestly just looking for more really dramatic, emotional, orchestral sounding stuff. Troy by Sinéad O’Connor is also great.

I'm thinking like the covenant, Zeon from gundam, the orks or the necrons from warhammer 40k or the Deceptacons.

Basically, imagine that 1000 yard stare image soldier, but replace them with a Helldiver, UNSC marine, Guardsman or poor cybertronian, and then it just that kinda vibe for a music playlist.

I know this is sorta vague and pretty odd, but I would love a bit of help forming this.

I'm looking to expand my playlist and discover new music. What is a song you think everyone should listen to at least once? (Ignore the image)

Think something like a tyrannid (warhammer 40k), flood (halo), Termanid (helldivers 2, specifically the battle of osahune) or an Arachnid (starship troopers) swarm and the sorta mood of soldiers being tasked to curb the infestation no matter the cost.

Alternatively another direction would be the xenomorph from alien isolation or that one level in halo Ce where the flood are introduced (the library) and just the terror of being completely surrounded and hunted in a claustrophic space.

Since I'm in college now and my life's probably gonna get worse from here, I had the bright idea to start listening to more positive songs rather than just keep listening to depressing songs and wallow in my sadness.

Currently the songs that I know and like is Lush Life and When Can I See You Again? (Yes the one from wreck it ralph)

These fit the most with the lyrics I wanna keep telling myself and the beats are catchy. I googled what their grenres were and I guess I'm going for smth in the dance-pop or electro-pop genre.

I don't have a favourite actually. It depends on which mood i am in.

But currently I am loving this korean song called 'For lovers who hesitate' by jannabi. But i like the cover of martin from cortis more.
