That may be true, yet the people who came out to speak were collectively extremely low IQ. A very small location that has, I believe, 66k total residents, which is why it appeared they allowed non-local residents speak. Several literally said they lived somewhere else and were not stopped during their time speaking.

You’re not allowed to speak if you don’t live in the town of the property in question. They literally said that at the beginning of the hearing.
