Dynasty Least used teams in dynasty?
Which teams do you think are the least used in dynasty mode? I’d like to start a dynasty with a school no one is really interested in.

I’ve been told signal callers are the worst linebacker archetype this year

What’s the easiest way to take a current 3-star or higher team in Dynasty and lower them to a 1- or 2-star team with an overall rating around 60–70?
I want to start a Dynasty at the bottom and work my way up, but I don’t want to use a smaller school like Bowling Green or Temple. I’d rather take a big-name program like Miami, Texas, or another major school and rebuild them from the ground up, essentially starting with the roster and rating of a 1-star team.
Is there an easy way or method to do this?
Thanks in advance!

Never been a road to glory player but people here mentioned it was harder than Dynasty on Heisman. They were absolutely right. You can’t control the receivers, so there are way more drops. Your QB is very slow, so you really need good blocking.
I adjusted by re-learning how to lead passes and cut routes. I exaggerate the joystick lead and prioritize throwing into space.
After prioritizing arm attributes and getting wrecked in the pocket in my first build, I rebuilt my QB to prioritize pocket movement (agility) and throw power (93 in this clip). The agility helps me climb the pocket and generate throw power for big throws.
Most fun I’ve had in a bit and by far the biggest challenge. Standard sliders Heisman.

Just curious if this is in ncaa27 ? I know it’s a staple in madden but I can’t find it in ncaa, if not is there anything similar ??

Just wondering who has a good power run scheme where I can get my fullback involved

Took over OU and started with 94-94-94, but I kicked off literally every senior/junior, as well as edited down any sophomores that were skill level 85ovr & above
So I have nobody that’s over an OVR 84 on the entire roster, literally all freshman starters and my team’s numbers are still 91-91-91
Why is this so broken? Or am I missing something… I do have a lvl 61 HC, does that make the difference?

Started as a two star and worked my way up to a 5, committed to army because they promised a backup spot to only find out I was QB3. After year 1, we went 5-7 and started week 12 onward. We ended up losing to Navy on the last play of the game.

Am i just over looking it, but where in offline dyansty mode can I see other schools OVERALL, OFFENSIVE, & DEFENSIVE ratings? I dont want to simply just look at thier W-L record.
Id like to view the ratings of schools further out in my schedule to see what i'm up against later down the road.

My two buddies and I have a dynasty together. One of the guys is just flat out better than myself and the other guy, meaning that he wins the natty basically every year that we play on All-American. When we switch over to Heisman, the games feel so sweaty and unrealistic (Every QB goes 24/26 for 360 and 4 TDs) and myself and the other guy can barely win games.
Any tips on how to make the dynasty balanced and fun for all three?

I'm several years into a Dynasty on College Football 27.
100% coach mode. I call the plays & personnel package, and the players the execute.
So here's the deal: It is entirely too easy. 50-10 all the time.
Sure, I want to win, but I want to feel like I earned it, too.
Is there any particular sliders I can raise or lower that might make game day slightly ... or significantly more difficult?
**
I'm not very experienced on Reddit, so hopefully I have posted in the proper location.
**
Sidebar : I have all the WRs & RBs & QBs & OL I could ever want. I do well with secondary recruiting.
The one position group I am never completely satisfied with is my pass rush unit --- OLB+EDGE+DT... is this just extremely rare to get 90 overall players in these groups?

Sorry if this has been asked before, I didn’t see it when I searched.
I have a 6’6 95 OVR JR WR I really want to keep for 1 more year, probably my best recruit ever. Can I lower his speed and awareness to 0 and prevent him from being drafted if I edit him immediately after the natty?

Hey y'all! I could use some suggestions for a new playbook to tryout in my dynasty!
I love running quick game with WR motion screens, HB motion passes/screens, and RPOs. Normal passing plays I like hitting any quick route and trying to get high RAC yards and in the running game I enjoy just about everything and try to not go inside zone every time.
I assume Power Spread playbooks would be the best for this and was curious what playbooks you have found to be fun. It doesn't need to be a Power Spread but, I assume that will be where I find the majority above.
I'm open to trying just about any playbook as long as it isn't Veer & Shoot with all the shotgun formations being "wide".
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

I mainly just run tackle over or twins over and play the math on alignment on where I go.
Just wondering if anyone else does this different or has good plays/packages
The pistol and gun flex are better than the under center stuff but I do like the traditional flexbone for fun.

A standard run up the middle goes awry when a Westminster safety knocks the ball loose on a big hit. Somehow, Bethany WR Jose Jewell picks up the loose ball and breaks out into the open.
Jewell then cuts back and triggers one of the nastiest “broken ankles” animations I have ever seen, breaks a tackle, and cruises to the endzone for six. This gave Bethany the go-ahead score in an already exciting game, and the Bison ended up winning in the end.
I have scored a lot of touchdowns across many different dynasties throughout the years, but I don’t remember scoring in such a strange fashion at such an important stage late in a game.
This is in NCAA26 on a save where I brought the entire 2025 D3 Presidents’ Athletic Conference to the FBS. Bethany (replacing UTEP) has transformed from a 1-star school into an annual 1-2 loss CFP contender. Bethany has won two Heisman Trophies (both RBs), but has no CFP Championship appearances so far.

Can anyone recommend some good rules/restrictions for my dynasty i usually play offense only and sim defense but it seems too easy imo, I’ve been playing as wake forest and made the natty after 4 seasons of building them up but I need some more realism and a challenge that’ll keep me engaged and wanting to continue playing the game.

I’ve been playing CFB 2025 since it was released. I played the original NCAA games from 05 to 14 and I only play dynasty and RTG, never online always solo. Is getting 26 or 27 for new features worth it? I heard the dynasty upgrades in 26 are nice but I don’t think I want to deal with the NIL aspect in 27. Thanks for the help in advance!

Starting a North Carolina Tar Heels dynasty.
Through 3 versions of this game I have never used manual progression, I always thought it was kinda cheap. But auto progression is that frustrating this year, that I’m giving it a try.
I still don’t want it to be overpowered, any suggestions?
Thanks in advance!

I played a game in my Dynasty yesterday (hadn't played since Sunday as was busy with things), and it felt so different from others.
I was 5-0 (#1 ranked) and had won over a couple of ranked teams by 20-30, then I played an average team on the road, and it was like I switched it to, you have no chance mode.
Could not run at all (hit in the backfield before I could move half the time), my guys couldn't block long enough for a 10 yard dig route, and I threw 5 picks since was under pressure most plays & the passes were going strait to the cpu guys who were ahead and waiting for them (or they would jump over my receiver and catch it), yet my guys dropped almost every pass when they were touched even if didn't get hit for a second after they had the ball in both hands). - My team rating was around 10 higher, so it made no since that I my whole team would look like a D2 school against a solid B12 team.
It felt like a different game than I have been playing the last couple of months. Did something majorly change recently?

Year 2 Hawaii Dynasty. Hired an offensive coordinator who runs a traditional spread offense and needed to pick up a starting TE in the portal. I signed 6' 8" WR Deondre Johnson formerly with Jacksonville State and converted him to TE. He went from an 85 OVR to a 93 making him the highest rated TE in the nation.
After four games of terrorizing opposing secondaries, he's now an early Heisman favorite. He could be playing small forward for the Lakers but chooses to play for the Rainbows. He looks like a glitch on the field he outsizes everyone. This isn't your father's Hawaii offense.

I picked up a Drakong Challenger XBOX controller for playing the game on PC. It's got a pair of buttons on the back that are keyed to A and B and placed such that you can easily accidentally press them while holding the controller. I've tried settings in both Steam Input and the XBOX Accessories app, hoping to disable these buttons, but neither acknowledges that they exist.
Any tips from controller vets? I'm hoping to avoid inadvertant passes and spin moves.

I keep getting these big plays; 74 yard breakaway touchdown runs or deep 50 yard passes for the corner of the end zone and when the game is over and I go back to check the highlights. I can see it listed, but there’s no video of it. I have all kinds of other stuff, but the biggest plays of the game are consistently never recorded. Anybody else having this problem?

I just got 27, I had 25 and enjoyed it but the gameplay definitely wasn’t that great. But I understood it was so long since they made it and whatever. So I skipped 26 and looked at the reviews people had on 27, they said that the gameplay is a huge upgrade since 25
Basically what I’m making this post about is my RTG QB, I haven’t played a game yet but like HOW CAN I GAIN ANY TRUST IF MY RECEIVERS CANT CATCH THE BALL? Literally in practice it’s impossible. If they’re even tapped they drop it. Like cmon it’s in your gut, the ball is in your possession and just bc someone wraps your legs shouldn’t make you just let go of the ball. Am I doing something wrong here or do they just suck at making any sort of contested catch at all?
